Luxurious Valentina Suites Penthouse in Pismo Beach

We really loved this ocean-view unit! It is spacious, immaculate and well-equipped. The large patio with dining table and loungers is a bonus! The property itself is very nice and conveniently located, with garage parking, an elevator to the unit, and is in close proximity to many restaurants. The communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again!

This was the first time using VRBO and staying at this location. The process was overall very easy. Communication was excellent and all the steps getting into the property was very easy to understand. The location of our stay was perfect. It was right next to Giuseppe’s which was excellent. We were blown away by the amenities. The kitchen was perfect for our family who loves to cook. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunsets and sunrises. The rooms were a great size. The master bath shower was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend for families to look at the location. It’s close to everything in Pismo so you don’t have to worry about parking you leave your car at the parking garage and you can walk everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay over New Years. Two families of 4 fit perfectly. Our teenage sons always get the pull out in these situations and these were so comfortable and easy to put down and up. It was wonderful to be in walking distance of every restaurant and the beach. The kids (ages 13-16) could safely go out on their own for short stints during the day to check out shops and we all took multiple walks to the beach and pier. Highly recommend the short drives to Shell Beach at low tide for a small hike and tide pools as well as Grover Beach to see the butterflies. Other than that, we really didn’t need to drive anywhere. The host checked in with us via text to make sure all was good on our end which was much appreciated. Would definitely come back.

Close enough to walk to everything but not crowded or touristy. Plenty of space, super comfy beds and a great patio with table and fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We had 2 couples and our MIL for her bday. Hosts were quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely come back.

Perfect place. Close to the beach, Pomeroy, etc. great for a family where some people want to spend time at the beach and others want to explore the town.

Property is a 5 minute walk from everything is pismo. Views from the balcony are unobstructed and plenty of room for family and friends.
