Stayed Dec 20, 2025Very clean. Nicely stocked with all the necessities. The beach view was beautiful. The one downside was the balcony would not open. Still, it was a great place to stay!

Stayed Jun 25, 2025We celebrated our 27th anniversary there and had a great time. We visited local stores, parks, beach and restaurants with ease. Everything we could need was provided, and we just enjoyed the peaceful feeling of the beach, and local surroundings. Thank you for having us at your beautiful home. It was all we could have wanted for a short getaway from Jacksonville, FL.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Arrived Thanksgiving Eve after a long drive to find the property hadn't been cleaned. Unmade bed, full trash cans, used towels in the bathroom and dirty dishes on the counter. Weren't sure that previous renters were gone! Considered leaving for a hotel. But we changed the sheets and cleaned the place up. Spoke with the owner Thanksgiving day and learned that there had been a miscommunication with the housekeeper. Things were resolved to our satisfaction and the remainder of the stay was excellent. Very nice place in a convenient location.
