This south END unit is FULLY RENOVATED! 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation condo in The Beachdrifter Oceanfront Condo on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean in Jax Beach. The Beachdrifter Community has an elevator; under-building garage and an oceanfront pool!

Relax… above the waves from this completely renovated, direct oceanfront condo just steps to the beach. The south-end location of this condo has a larger wrap-around oceanfront balcony with Windward swivel chairs and table PLUS a comfy chaise lounge for your afternoon nap.

Located on the 2nd floor with super-easy access and two reserved parking spaces – you can (1) take the elevator from enclosed garage or (2) take the stairs one flight to the parking space right outside the locked gate.

The condo is decorated and furnished with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. This is frequently the owners home-away-from-home so lots of extras to ensure a nice and comfortable place to relax. Renee of JaxBeachRentals, manages the property and is a Local with info on all things Jax Beach and Beachdrifter Condo. She will handle all the beachy details.

ROOM BY ROOM DETAILS:

Dining table has room for 6 with two chairs and two benches.

Living room has comfy couch and two swivel chairs to stare out at the Atlantic Ocean or watch the 55-inch HD Smart TV DVR with Xfinity cable. Cool motorized solar shades help keep out the heat but not the oceanviews - even with the shades down. Just look at the pictures! Drop the solar shades when you head out to the sand and it will be nice and cool when you get back to the condo.

Kitchen has everything you need – including coffee maker (drip & single-serve Keurig); blender; toaster; plates, cups, glasses, forks, knives, pizza cutter, cork-screw… Truly everything you’ll need!

Primary bedroom has king-sized Beautyrest mattress covered with luxurious topper. Plush towels and high-quality bedding. Plus 50-inch TV and Xfinity cable.

Second bedroom has queen-sized Beautyrest mattress with luxurious topper and quality linens too. This 2nd bedroom is directly adjacent to the 2nd bathroom (with tub/shower). Also has it’s own private oceanview balcony too!

Full-sized front-loading washer and dryer.

WIFI (Xfinity) included free.

BEACH STUFF – four beach towels, chairs, and a beach umbrella.

You may have read “PETS CONSIDERED” – must be hypo-allergenic; one small (under 25lbs); and well behaved. Must be kept off furniture and bedding. Absolutely no barkers! We love our neighbors. Pet fee is $30 per night. Longer stays to be determined.

The Beachdrifter Oceanfront Condominium community has a beautiful oceanfront pool; plus a shower and bathroom near the pool.

Located just a few blocks north of the Jacksonville Pier; a few blocks east of Salt Life Food Shack and Mellow Mushroom. Grab a great breakfast at DeliComb or Metro Diner. And dessert nearby too! More local suggestions are posted in the condo.

NO SMOKING. ANYWHERE! Not on balcony, near pool, or on walkway. You must leave the building. $250 FINE STRICTLY ENFORCED!

MAX OCCUPANCY 4 adults! No sleeping on the couch! Maximum 6 people at once. Enforced!

DAMAGE PROTECTION: All guests have to either pay $59 for damage insurance coverage of $1,500; or a refundable deposit of $1,500. This is to cover potential damages to the condo.

ALL GUESTS are ALSO required to pay a FULLY-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300 for any rule infractions. (for example - smoking anywhere in the building is a $250 fine)

CHECK-IN is 4PM and CHECK-OUT is 10AM.

    Cold but lovely, this unit gets morning sun and afternoon shade. Same for the pool. Beautiful view. The condo's location blocked our wind when windy, which was nice. Charming accessories and window coverings. Great washer and dryer.

    The condo was in a perfect location. Beautiful waterfront view everyday. Easy access to the beach. Close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The host was very responsive and the place was well maintained. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

    We have traveled to many beaches along the east coast and this was one of our favorite destinations. This property had everything. It was extremely clean, well-organized, new kitchenware, comfortable furniture and beds, steps to the beach and an amazing view. Our host was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. This was a 5-star visit across the board. We are looking forward to coming back!

    We were super impressed with everything about this place! It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Anything you could possibly need was already stocked. They thought of everything! It was right on the beach so we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our dogs. The location is centrally located to tons of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely go back!

    We really enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the property. It was extremely clean upon arrival and is decorated beautifully and fully equipped. The view was amazing and location / proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better. The 2 parking spaces also worked very well for us. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay, but none could have been anticipated or avoided (e.g., freezer stopped working, slider door handle broke). That said, the Property Manager and her team were extremely responsive and so polite. Two recommendations - We had a lot of difficulty with the front door keypad lock, which could have been user error. But, additional instructions would have been very helpful to us. We would have liked a TV in the second bedroom.
