Luxurious Large Downtown 2 bedroom 2 bath with views 1M

We loved everything about the property. How close to downtown, quiet neighborhood, breakfast place close to us. Perfect for 2 couples to share and price point was good as well. Really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back.

We booked the property for a 5 night stay during the CMA Fest. It is ideally located near all festival venues (15-20 minute walk). The condo is spacious and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. More expensive than other accommodations we have booked in Nashville; however, we felt it was worth the extra cost because of the location. We (2 ladies) felt very safe walking to and from the Riverfront and Nissan Stadium, even after midnight. Highly recommend.

The host was very prompt with responses to questions. There was shampoo and body wash available. Plenty of coffee pods and extra blankets and pillows. Pool was nice, great location to downtown. Like Scooters and bikes were accessible as well

The condo was immaculate and spacious. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It was close enough to all the action on Broadway, yet far enough where you could relax and rest. We chose to Uber to Broadway which was not expensive. We loved the amenities too. The pool was beautiful with plenty of seating. The gym was clean and well-equipped. It was great having a secure parking garage as well. Kurt was very responsive and kept us informed during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed to stay. Clean and host very attentive. Only thing I might add is Broadway is about 15 minute walk all downhill so coming home all uphill. We used Uber many times. Definitely will stay there again.

Great location to downtown Nashville. The on-site amenities were fantastic.

Easy walk to Broadway, The Gulch and many other hot spots. Communication was great, check in process was quick and smooth.

Parking was easy and secure

The property and unit was very nice. Unfortunately the 2nd bedroom bed pillows were soaking wet and discovered late at night. My guess the cleaning crew washed and made up the bed that way. Had to stay up and hour longer than wanted waiting for the dryer. The gnats were terrible in the unit and the key fob would not give us access to the rooftop area. Even with my complaints as described, I still give 4 out of 5 stars.

Check in was very easy. The place was clean and very nice. Hosts were wonderful at communication! The location was perfect. We would stay again and recommend.

The location is great! Host was quick to respond with answers to questions. The property has such a great view. Loved the sunlight. Only complaint was cleanliness and lightbulbs being out. I am not sure the people hired are meeting the expectations of the host but it wasn't terrible.

We came to stay for the week to see Nashville with our elementary age daughter. This neighborhood is lovely in a perfect location for walking to Broadway, restaurants, The Listening Room and more within a mile. The condo is very comfortable and we loved the pool. Neighbors were all very friendly and welcoming. Parking is very convenient.

Just as said - walking may have been off - but we did walk to the Nissan Stadium and back for our concert and it was fine. Did not walk to downtown was not sure of the route to take. It was a very nice place.

Very open floor plan with plenty of room for us (4 adults). Huge bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living area, pics online don’t do it justice. Had everything we needed, got some groceries and adult beverages delivered no problem. Take a few extra Kuerig cups and you’ll enjoy the heck out of the stay. Internet and all the streaming apps already there on the Roku tv for a rainy day. Easy instructions for access, worked like a charm. Great location a bit off busy and loud broadway but only a 4 min uber ride away and easily walking distance. We walked to a concert several times to/from Nissan Stadium and it was perfect. Will stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

Highly recommend!

The location was perfect. Not too far from things, but also not too close. Easy access for everything and easily accessible. Sitting out on the balcony and listening to music from a distance just gave a nice feel and set the stage for where you were at that moment. The only thing I was dissatisfied with is I feel the floors could have been a bit cleaner. I hate walking around on a floor and dirt sticking to my feet. I am a bit of a clean freak, and I can't stand things on my feet. Other than that, overall, the place was very nice and clean.

This is an awesome property. It is very clean and quiet in a safe neighborhood. Downtown is a few block walk. We got there early and they were ready so allowed us to check in early. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

This is a an excellent condo with great amenities. The only improvement that you could make is that your Wi-Fi is worthless and your streaming service did not work. We were unable to use the TV to watch any football or other events. We had to use our own data for the Wi-Fi.

We went for a wedding and enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was convenient to all of our activities.

This place was perfect, very clean and close to Broadway and all the live music. Also a few minute ride from the Gulch area with its amazing dining options. Great spot to stay in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

3 people in our group were celebrating 50th birthdays. It was a perfect location in a quiet area and walkable to Broadway.

We loved everything about this property! It was clean, quiet, had everything we needed, and close to Broadway. My husband already said let’s stay there next time we go to Nashville!

Stay was very comfortable and convenient for walking to all downtown events.
