Beautiful unit with a wonderful view! Very comfortable and everything was clean and in perfect working order. Our only complaint, and it is a minor one, is that the corridor has a very unpleasant order and the carpet there has a lot of stains. It needs to be cleaned or replaced with a hard floor. Overall we were impressed with the unit and our stay was quite enjoyable.

Unit was clean and in a good location, easy to Uber to Broadway and to the airport. Commuter train runs by location at 6:45 am daily. Nice view of the river and nice amenities like the roof top terrace.

This was a great gathering spot for our group and an easy walk or quick uber to broadway. It was perfect for us.

Unit was very clean and had what was needed for a 3 night stay. Take note it’s in an apartment building. There is a view of what looks to be a recycling facility across the river. There is a loud train that runs just down below the apartment building starting in the morning. Probably heard that three times a day. Walk to Broadway was about 10-15 minutes.

Location is key! View is better at night. Felt private, cozy, and had all the amenities we required. We all agreed it was nice to be close to the action of downtown, yet in a much quieter area just to relax and decompress. Yes, there was a bit of train noise in the morning, but that was also enjoyed as city background noise. We loved the smokestack lit up at night as our beacon back “home”. Would definitely return!

The apt. was very nice and clean with generic furnishings.It was nice to be in a comfortable climate controlled condo. Really liked my car being easily accessible and secured in a parking garage. The views from the balcony were lovely and we felt very safe. I would definitely refer others to stay here while in Nashville and it is centrally located to the downtown area. There was a listing of good restaurants and activities in a guide book as well as easy to understand directions and instructions about the accommodations. Eventhough we didn't use the stove,we did that coffee machine and it was great!!! There was also an available washer & dryer that we didn't use.Thank you Kurt for allowing us to stay in your pretty apartment. Don't believe we could have found one better.

The property was excellent, exactly as described and as per the pictures in the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only draw back, and this is not at the listing, was the proximity to a rail line (that you couldn’t hear) but close to where the train sounded its horn daily at 7am which we definitely did hear … not conducive to a lie in, but not one that detracted from our stay… we would stay again in we return to Nashville.

Came to Nashville for the Eric Clapron concert and some sight seeing. Had a wonderful time & loved the penthouse condo with the views!

This was a perfect spot for our family when we were in town for our son’s wedding. Close to everything we needed and space for us to feel like we were at home instead of a hotel room. Nice and quiet too!

Great place to stay. The garage pass was not in the book and I called and had the pass within 10 minutes.

Lots of trains and lacks hospitality

Traveled with a group of friends, so we rented a few units. All 3 were perfect, great for two couples, both rooms have full bathrooms attached. Very clean, good views, a lot do on the property. Pictures are accurate. Easy walk to Broadway. I would definitely return.

Very nice. Very convenient location to downtown, check in was easy, owner responded quickly to questions prior to our trip and was easy to work with. Check out process was easier and more convenient than some other places we have stayed. Overall had a great experience.

We had a great stay!

The bedrooms were great blinds kept the light out but not the sound of the multiple trains coming by as early as 5:00am in the morning or the boat horns. Parking was great as you were in a covered garage and no neighbors above you making noise. But you might hear some yelling and fighting from the homeless encampment that you get a great veiw from all of the windows and balcolny.

Out of the way of the crowds but close enough to the action. Nice place to stay in Nashville.

Nice newly modern condo on the Cumberland River in downtown Nashville half a mile from world famous Broadway easy commute easy on and off highways spacious and nice corner unit with lots of natural light!

Property had easy access, was listed great. Close to downtown. Easy uber access. No filter in ac unit, and a dusty smell when ac turned on. Sadly, a garbage smell in hallway and elevator from the end of the hall where the garbage chute was located. Would definitely stay again though. located

Property was awesome. Views spectacular. There is a train track just below the balcony that is used frequently during the day; however we were not bothered as we were too busy exploring the area.

Beautiful condo and met our needs for my 40th. The walk to and from braodway is 20 mins give or take, or you can easily take an uber. They are everywhere! The only con was there was a homeless camp directly below the condo and a train blaring their horn early AM during weekdays. It honestly didnt bother us much since we were hardly at the condo. I would definitly stay again! .

Within walking distance to all the major spots! Only surprise was the train tracks just outside the balcony that on the weekends were quiet; but several times heard during the day. Wouldn’t stop us from staying there again though.

The condo was perfect for two couples to share. It was beautiful, well equipped, and very walkable to downtown Nashville. Loved having the gym to use every morning.

Enjoyed the condo very much. Host was great to work with after I initially messed up dates. Beds were comfortable and having the two bathrooms so helpful.

This property was everything stated. The property is about a mile from Broadway. The Uber Drive was always less than $10. Which worked great! The complex was safe and secure. Never a security issue. The view was great of the river and relaxing to come back to after the noise and crowd of the strip. I'd stay here again in a heart beat! Great time and very seamless check in and out.

Everything about this place was great! I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Location is phenomenal. Walking is easy. Also, highly recommend Pinewood social. Great fun and good prices!
