Nice place

Great location! It was about a 15-20 min walk to the bars and a 25-30 min walk to stadium. Had a nice path that took you there and could walk under bridge. The condo was nice and had a great gym. Comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen.

Loved the property amenitites and the location was great! Was very frustrating on the check in process. I did not receive a email with check in info such as a code for our apartment, not even instructions to get in the building. Had to have some other guests help us. Since it was a Sunday the office was closed and the cell number that I had was a no answer. If it wouldn't have been help from other guests we would still be sitting outside waiting.

The condo had a great location to Broadway and it was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Parking was easy and secure. Kitchen was well equipped. The condo was clean with extra pillows and blankets and towels if needed.

The host Kurt was awesome! If we had questions he was great getting right back to us! We had others groups that booked different condos in the same apartment complex and that worked out very well. You can also book directly through Forte Vacations as well! We would definitely stay again!

Condo was clean. Kitchen has what you need although we didn’t use it. Would stay again.

Very easy check in/out process. Place was clean and great location. Perfect communication as well with the host. Only thing I would change would be a real comforter on the beds in winter time. Would def stay again!

We were very impressed with the condo, as well as covered parking. It was perfect for 2 couples and convenient for Uber drivers as well. As we enjoyed the view, we all agreed that we would stay there again.

We enjoyed the unit so much. Very clean and spacious. Only one little problem, the lighting in the bathrooms was not very good.

Pretty condo. Nice view over the river. Excellent communication from the host. Well stocked kitchen. We were there in a cold spell and it was hard to keep the condo warm enough while it was so cold. The water tasted a bit strange which I mentioned to the host and he said he would look into it.

Parking was great and host was very easy to communicate with. Great location and views.

Love the property we walked down to Broadway to the three days. It is cheap for an Uber from Broadway to this property. we had to get a hold of someone and we had prompt service. It was a great place to stay and we will probably stay again next year.

Nothing in the kitchen, even coffee machine theres no coffee filters.. so the kitchen has really nothing.. some utensils but very limited… but other than that very clean spacious very short walk from downtown!Would def. Book again and would recommend!

Great place for our girls Nashville getaway weekend!

Apartment was great! Property managers were quick to respond when we had questions. We were even upgraded from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom at no extra cost. I do wish that the pool hours had been listed in original listing. We were traveling with people under 21 and it would have been nice to use the pool once they were do longer allowed on Broadway. There were fruit flies in the apartment as well. But other than that very spacious and great location . I would stay at this property again.

We had a great experience with this rental. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, making it feel comfortable and inviting from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. The amenities provided were a wonderful bonus and added to the overall value of the stay; parking garage, pool, and fitness room. Family trip before my wedding. Everything about the property was as described in the advertisement. Communication was excellent and arrival details made gaining entry to the property very easy. Would 100% recommended and will very likely use again. Location was perfect. 15 - 20 minute walk from broadway or a 10 uber. Literally 1 mile. Compared to hotel this place was outstanding value for money and included was the benefit of secure parking. Overall, highly recommended.

The apartment was very clean and well kept. The owner was very easy to reach if we needed to. They checked in a couple times during our stay to be sure all was going good.

Condo looks exactly as advertised in pictures. Very comfy beds and plenty of towels. Completely equipped kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood and building. Underground parking a big plus. Downtown and all its excitement are very near.My only issue is that I wish there was a recycling option. I felt terrible about all the recyclable items I had to trash.

Perfect place for two couples.

We took our daughter and her boyfriend to Nashville to celebrate their 21st birthdays. The condo was a perfect two bedroom, 2 bath - very close to downtown. It had everything we were looking for. Price was great too! Communication between the owner was great. I would definitely recommend this property again!

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood that is extremely close to all the activities of Downtown Nashville. I would DEFINITELY book this property again.

It was a lovely condo. Lots of big windows and sunshine. Close to downtown and the airport. The host was easy to contact and responded to any of our concerns in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

This rental property was extremely clean, easy to access, and will equip for everything that you would need for your stay and not Nashville. It was close enough to Broadway to walk, but far enough to be away from the busyness and noise of the strip. Definitely recommend this to others.

Great layout/privacy for 2 couples. Overall a great place. Only complaint I would have is patio has a lot of cobwebs, laundry area had balls of dust, lint, hair. And very dusty under the bed.

A good location and only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Nashville. Be aware that the train runs below the apartment but we got used to this … All in all a really good place to stay

Clean, organized, comfortable ... with all the amenities! Pool is right down the block. The terrace and the outside areas are awesome. Within walking distance to downtown but a little far. The local burger joint and bar are great for a stop as well.

The condo was fabulous! It is within walking distance to Broadway. The view outside the windows was not great, but we were so busy exploring that you really don't notice or care. I would definitely stay again!

Traveled with two teens for some Spring Break fun and this was absolutely perfect! We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out, get ready and we loved the morning sunrise views. Very safe and walkable distance to the downtown Broadway fun (that Hill is real on the way back but not too hard for us). Neighborhood was clean and modern. Underground parking was safe and secure. Only thing missing for us was a full length mirror for those Nashville outfit checks!

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville at this beautiful condo. The property was clean and the decor was awesome. It is very spacious and well stocked. Comfy beds and great showers. It was about a mile or a little less to Bridgestone and Broadway. The owners are great with any questions and answer quickly.

We liked this place very much. Very clean, well appointed. Modern. All the necessary amenities. We were a bit concerned about distance to broadway but we were very pleasantly surprised. We walked in the daytime- 20 minutes and at night we took an uber - less than 10 and very quick. A great base to enjoy nashville. We did hear the train passing from time to time but more romantic than a nuisance.We would definitely stay again

Everything about this stay was positive - the condo was exactly as described - clean with special touches around. The location was very convenient - walkable to downtown or a super short uber ride. The area was very safe with fire and police stations close by. The owner was super helpful - even purchasing space heaters because he thought the condo was chilly. I highly recommend this stay -

Location was great, safe place to stay and parking garage option was a bonus! Very roomie apartment, nicely decorated! Bonus of a river view was very accurate - along with large, busy scrapyard on one side of river and a homeless camp on apartment side of river. Apartment cost was excellent for all the room, full kitchen and 2 bath rooms! Would stay there again if ever in the area!

The place was very pretty and was in a good location. The heater malfunctioned, but the owner was responsive in getting it fixed quickly.

This is not a Luxury stay apartment / condo. The finishes of this property were adequate but builder grade. The toilets in both bathrooms had stability issues, rocking, loose seats, etc. The kitchen cabinets, drawers kept opening by themselves. Not what I expected from a luxury stay. The location was convenient to Broadway but the view of the Homeless village below definitely dampened the Holiday spirit. Overall the accommodations were adequate but I will not be staying here again.

2 couples - perfect unit & great location

Enjoyed our stay. Great location, secure building, parking was easy, check-in/out was a breeze. Decor, comfort of bedding and amenities were top notch. Plenty of space for two couples enjoying a long weekend in Nashville.

It was a nice spacious condo and nicely decorated. There was a lot of noise in the complex. We would've liked a tea kettle, Could've used warmer blankets. We had reached out to host during the stay via text and email and didn't receive a response back. It was a easy to 15 walk to Broadway.

Location is excellent for walking to/from downtown Nashville where the action is. Two, completely separate bedrooms with full bathes and very comfortable beds. Communication with owners of the unit was excellent (Written and verbal). We would certainly look to stay here if we visit again.

The house was very clean , comfortable and close to everything we were interested in doing. When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned, but a quick call and the problem was immediately handled. Would definately stay here again if in the area.

All five star for this one; (We were two adult couples 60+) The location allows us the ability to walk downtown Nashville in 15-20 minutes (A bit longer coming back as it's a bit uphill); nice restaurant nearby (Pines) Communication (Verbal and written) with owners was great The suite was well equipped, beds were very comfortable

The location was perfect for us-walking distance to downtown. But, the place was just ok. The floor was dirty with food pieces and dust on it. The toilet in the main bedroom is not properly installed so it rocks when you use it. The layout of the bathroom is strange with the toilet shoved against the wall/corner so it is awkward going into the closet. The windows were difficult to open and were covered in dust. There is a train that goes by in the morning but we were aware of that and used sound machines. The fitness room was very nice with great equipment. We enjoyed ourselves but probably wouldn’t pick this place again in the future.

Overall, our stay was excellent. The location was ideal, and the condo had everything we needed. We did have some initial confusion with receiving two different emails containing different door codes, which delayed our entry into the suite. However, we quickly figured it out, and the communication to resolve the issue was prompt. One suggestion, with five women staying, is to add a full-length mirror 😊

This property is everything as described. It is very clean very comfortable and very secure. It is great. We definitely will probably stay here again.!! Kurt from forte vacations answered all my questions quickly and was it was very easy to communicate with him.

This condo is beautiful and well appointed. We loved staying here as it is close to Lower Broadway, but not too close. We really enjoyed the great view from the rooftop terrace for happy hour! Host was responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommended!

We chose comfort and amenities over a downtown location, and do not regret it at all.

We (2 couples) rented this condo over a holiday weekend so we could experience downtown and not be in a hotel. It was perfect. Its an easy 5-10 min walk to the downtown area and Broadway. Condo itself is clean, river view balcony, and in a quite area. Instructions, parking, communications, check-in/out could not have been easier. Highly recommended.

Property was well described and met expectations. FYI there is a hornets nest on balcony. It didn’t bother us but it might bother others .

Clean and good location to get to down town Nashville.

My stay was very comfortable. I was able to attend my meetings during the day then relax at the unit. There is a very nice outdoor sitting area on the lower level that is perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee or drink. Restaurants are nearby, I enjoyed the Pinewood within a 5-minute walk. I watched a storm roll in while sitting on the balcony overlooking the river. All in all, the trip was a nice success.

Most everything about the condo was great. However, it did need some detailed cleaning (floor tile and shower in the bathroom with the king bed, and the spiders and other bugs need to be cleaned on the balcony ceiling, floor and walls).

Perfect for a long Nashville Weekend

Great location, beautiful pool and everything you need for your Nashville trip.

Booked this property because it looked nice and it had a pool. I was traveling with my kids for a short 2-day trip and literally just needed any place with a pool. We were notified the first night of our stay that the pool would be closed from 11-8pm the following day for a resident event. Contacted the owner and owner responded that these events are out of their control. Did not receive an apology or even so much as an empathetic response. I suggest adding to the listing that the pool may not be available since the owner stated this does happen multiple times per summer. Also, a previous review cited Bigfoot living in the unit directly above this unit. We concur. Not a huge issue except that we were awoken at 1-2am two out of the three nights of our stay. I’m not blaming the owner for this but sharing for other guests. Overall, this place was close to great.

Close enough to walk to Broadway, but Uber for less than $10 as it’s a solid mile plus. Building very secure, including parking, and pool is close as its at complex next door. Building is newer, apartment is clean, but some construction details subpar such as bathroom caulking and trim painting. Carpet in primary needs to be replaced and heavier blankets on bed would be a plus. I would consider this apartment again next visit to Nashville.

Only complaint was the non-smoking policy everywhere. On vacation we like to smoke a few cigars,so We went to the pool, outside, only one other person there and she said she didn’t mind. The property manager got very ignorant with us and told us to put them out. Other than that great secure location..
