The instructions were very thorough.

Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had the bare necessities but workable. Conditioner in the shower wasn’t conditioner, but more soap. Only thing to knock. Price was a bit high compared to others in the area.

Enjoyed our stay! Extremely clean, beds comfortable, and the views were great. We were able to walk to get food and drinks as well as walk down to Broadway and back. We are already planning the next trip! Check in/out process was easy and communication with owner was extremely prompt. 10/10 recommend!!!

Condo was in a great location. Comfortable bed, great towels and everything you need in the kitchen.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was so clean and organized. We loved the open layout and that we were able to do laundry there. We were a short walk (less than a mile) or uber to Broadway and the Gulch. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Nashville!

The place was nice and quiet. Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken which gave us more clean up duties then would have liked. Close to broadway which was a big advantage.

Great host and location! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (Assembly Hall, Bridgestone Arena, Husk, Broadway). Felt safe walking day and night.

This unit was gorgeous - very spacious, super clean, the walls of windows was amazing! VERY convenient to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, restaurants, etc. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice property near Nashville hotspot. Easy walk/uber to places of interest. My husband and I stayed with another couple and we enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive and check in/out was easy.

The apartment was clean and everything was as expected. It is very quiet. The walk to downtown is down hill so be prepared for a walk up when you are ready to come back. It is about 20 minutes to Broadway. Nashville is hilly so be prepared. I would stay here again as it was safe and basically everything you need for a short stay.

Photos of this condo are accurate - the unit is very nicely furnished, clean, quiet, and has secure/garage parking. I stayed here with my husband and sister. We're in our mid to late 60's from MN and SD and have never been to Nashville. After searching many properties close to Nashville's Broadway area I settled on this one - glad I did. After parking our vehicle in the secure garage, the 3 of us each day of our stay walked to Broadway, Johnny Cash Museum, County Music Hall of Fame, even though the temp was in the low 90's each day. Our walks were 15-20 minutes each way (slight uphill on our return trips; but we made it). I recommend though when staying in this location you may want to bring some basic food supplies as there isn't a grocery store in close proximity. We brought a large case of bottled water, snacks, our preferred coffee K cups, and basic breakfast items (milk, cereal, fruit, English muffins). A couple blocks from the unit is an excellent little diner, Mr J's Original, which we ate at a couple times, food was good (delicious blueberry pancakes!) and owner is really nice. There is also a small gas station/convenience store you'll walk past on way to/from Broadway; but we didn't have a need to stop there. During our stay I did need to contact our host Kurt - he was very responsive and resolved a minor toilet issue super quick - we weren't expecting that. Thanks Kurt! We enjoyed our stay here, would stay again, and recommend to others.

Phenomenal stay! My favorite VRBO to date. Very clean, in a wonderful area with tons of amenities. Will stay here again!

Overall, we had a great stay but there were just a couple of things that could have been better. We had plenty of room and the room was clean overall. There were a lot of fruit flies everywhere. This must have been an ongoing problem as they had two blue lights up to catch them (the sticky traps needed changing). Everything else was clean, except the dishwasher was outdated and did not work properly. The lighting in both bathrooms was very dim and could not be turned brighter. According to our phone, it was a 18 minute walk from Acme Feed and Seed to our room. It was downhill on the way to Broadway and an incline on the way back. This was just a little bit further than ideal and an Uber seemed to be a better option after a night on Broadway. But again overall, it was a great day. Air-conditioning worked very well and the beds were very comfortable.

The property was exactly as described. Instructions for access to the property and parking were easy to understand. The location was perfect, close enough to downtown to walk. Everything in the apartment was clean and it has more than enough supplies for your stay.

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter’s 21st bday. The condo is well furnished, beds are comfortable, and we really liked that it was in a more quiet area of the city. It was still a fairly quick and easy walk to many of the main attractions, including Broadway. We walked everywhere or took Uber/Lyft. I would definitely stay again.

I wouid recommend this property as it’s close enough to the action but far enough away for a peaceful sleep. Plus the property itself has nice perks too, including secured parking!!

Condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure lacking in master bathroom. Wasn’t quite the walking distance to downtown we expected. But rained most of the weekend making that harder to judge. Overall enjoyed our stay. Just a bit pricey to not be closer walking distance.

Condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was well below freezing during our stay, but being from PA, it was warmer than home! Only on a three day trip. Location was perfect. Rented a car and parked in town. Parking fees are exorbitant. Best to Uber from the airport and then Uber downtown. You will save

Place was as advertised. Very nice and great location.

We loved the rental. But were awaken at 5 A.M. by construction crews working on the building 15’ away. Every morning there was crews demoing staircases, and they were using a jack hammer. Every morning we were woken up by the noise. There was no avoiding it. I m

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! Walking distance to absolutely everything that Nashville has to offer - Broadway, Nissan Stafium and so many more attractions! A very comfortable place to stay for 2 couples we will definitely be back

Everything was great only issue was two days at 645am maintenance was blowing leaves or grass for about hour and half was very disturbing that early in morning.

This property was wonderful! Walking distance to Broadway, easy check in, clean, quiet and spacious enough for the 4 of us. Would definitely book this again!

My husband and I brought our two children and their significant others to Nashville to celebrate two of our gang turning 21! The end unit was perfect with lots of windows! The complex was well maintained with great outdoor space and a nice pool!!
