Very nice condo and quiet. Nashville downtown is about a 15 minute walk or a quick Uber/ Lyft ride. Would definitely stay again if i am ever back in Nashville. We had no issues and a very nice stay. If you are patient enough to wait for insta cart to bring you beer / alcohol do so. The store at the corner is a complete rip off.

This condo is very nice. The beds and furniture were comfortable and it was clean. It has a great view of the city, bridge, and river. It is walking distance from downtown, approximately 15 minutes. We didn’t use the parking garage, kitchen, or gym. The only negative issues were difficulty getting in our unit and noise from the unit above. The key pad didn’t always work so it took several times to work. At one point we actually called our host to troubleshoot it. Good news was that he answered quickly and was helpful. It appeared that the unit above was also a vacation rental from the keypad (the garbage shoot on our floor was broken to see we had to use the one on the floor above us). The guests were either 300lbs and wearing cowboy boots or the sound barrier isn’t good. It was loud when they walked and it caused creaking noises in our walls.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice condo with a great view of the Cumberland River and bridge. Nicely equipped. Could use some games for times when you aren’t in town. Could use a little attention the cleanliness of the master bathroom shower caulk and the other party we shared the condo with commented about the floors needing to be swept in the second master. They were quite dusty. All in all it was a great stay fit our needs very well especially to have two master bedrooms. Great for couple sharing the condo.

Kurt was so helpful prompt answering all questions. Loved the size and location. Super roomy with awesome kitchen appointments. The windows for wonderful and light were nice. It was pretty clean. Please add that a train blasts horn right below condo regularly. River VIEW was a scrap yard that runs 24hrs. Kleenex in bathrooms would be nice. The brown room touilet needs adjustments to lid and toilet paper roll holder which was almost off the wall. A screw was ready to fall out of shower controller plate.

We had a wonderful week in Nashville in this awesome condo! The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with!

Pros: Nice unit very close to downtown. Parking included in garage beneath building. Easy in and out with the codes for the door and the key fobs, which we really didn't use. Has just about everything you need for a nice stay. We were there over Christmas and I only had to bring a roasting pan for the turkey and an extra large pot. They had every utensil you could think of. Great water pressure in shower. Beautiful views of city and bridge, which changed colors over the holidays, very neat. Cons: Photos should be updated to show no carpet in bedrooms. Also needs a thorough cleaning. I don't think it really gets completely cleaned between rentals, probably just the linens are changed and the bathrooms are cleaned. It had not been dusted (dust and crumbs on tables and lamps) and the floors (all hard, so dirt shows much more) had not been swept/mopped. Also there was sand or something in the drawers of one of the bedrooms, so I just lined them with paper towels before putting my clothes in. I could not figure out how to use the attachment on the teeny vac they had in there. Also don't hang your towel on the bar in the shower, as the dispenser leaks shampoo onto the towels. If this unit had carpet in the bedrooms, I would stay here again. I think for the average American, this place would be clean enough. My standards are more of the 1950s era of clean, so I doubt most people would notice what I notice. Overall very nice. This was our first time using Vrbo, we are used to RCI

Very nice. Clean. River view. Close to Broadway. Easy Uber, but too far to walk. Communication and ease of checking in/out was good. Would recommend.

Location is great and the property is secure. Didn't worry about my car or walking around. Cool view of the bridge/river too.

The property is just as pictured - absolutely lovely. Plenty of room for two couples to stay and not feel “too close for comfort”. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The amenities were great for downtime… we took advantage of the pool and the courtyard, which has a cornhole game that the husbands enjoyed. It took us 18 minutes to walk to Broadway, which was great. (We did tend to Uber home, as it is an uphill walk back :-) There are restaurants, coffee shops and a liquor store that sells snacks and water within a short walk. A great stay, would highly recommend.

Place is beautiful, location is great, amenities are awesome, pool is nice, place is well equipped, appreciated the starter coffee, parking was convenient, beds were comfortable, shower supplies was nice.Some issues and suggestions: the drain/sewer flies were annoying (we know there is an issue with all the bug light traps. Try an exterminator or a plumber) we had them in our house and we had a leaking pipe under a sink. Tub shower drains poorly, causing it to be very slippery and some type of shower mat or grip tape on bottom to prevent slipping. Some extra place to hang your towels in bathroom. A box of tissues would be a nice add. These are not complaints, just suggestions. We would stay here agian and again. Loved This Appartment and Nashville. Thank You for Everything

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a very nice place and was easy to get checked in. we enjoyed the courtyard and played some bags. The place was very clean and spacious for the 4 of us. We wanted to be close to Nissan Stadium and Broadway. Less than 15 minute walk to both. Would book again.

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean and very secure. The location was great for the dance competition we were attending. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning and evening. If we ever needed to stay in Nashville again, would definitely stay here.

Condo very nice. Beds were comfortable and showers were great. The balcony should have been cleaned up a bit, the chairs were dirty and the railings full of cobwebs. Surprised by the thudding noises from above us. Really don’t understand what they were doing. Sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling at times. The noise wasn’t constant thankfully. It was daily throughout the morning and then a few nights at approx 1am. We would stay here again, however would seek out a top floor unit. That is really our only true complaint.

Great place to stay! Clean, well maintained, great neighborhood. Close enough to walk to Broadway or take scooters/bikes. Pool was clean and lots of places to sit.

Loved the location. Beautiful condo and nice views of the water. Fantastic location and definitely walkable to Nissan Stadium and Broadway. Only frustration was how loud upstairs neighbors were. Understandably, the owner has no control over upstairs neighbors, but it was a bit surprising what little sound protection there was between floors. Seemed like the neighbor got all 10k steps in (in hard-soled shoes) between 5am and 7am.

Great place to stay, walkable to Broadway.Pool was great, very relaxing. Everything was great, roof top terrace was nice. Nice views of the river and city. Place was clean, perfect for two couples, both bedrooms have full baths attached.

The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable. Beautiful rooftop patio area. Nice work out room!Had a bit of trouble with regulating the ac. Upon inspection, the air filter really needed to be replaced! Smell of marijuana when outside on balcony coming from the homeless camp below.

The condo was beautiful! A couple things left out of the listing was across the river- view from the balcony was an aluminum scrap yard (which you could not see at night) and the homeless encampment just below toThe right. The train that passes by 3-times in the morning starting at 6am. The neighbors above us seemed to start stumping around from 12am until 3am every night- one night so bad that I had to go up to the 3rd floor to Ask them to stop stomping. Other than night we had a great time visiting Nashville- will select a different place to

All went well and the free secured parking was a big bonus!

I live in the Nashville area but wanted to do something different for New Years now that the kids are college age. This was a great option with a great view. We were able to see the fireworks from the NYE bash in bicentennial and easily walk around downtown without worrying about parking.

We loved our short stay at City View. Hopefully, next time we can spend a few more days.

Fabulous view overlooking the Cumberland River, Nissan Stadium and lighted bridge. A recycle center can be seen and a little homeless camp but still a beautiful property setting. City View Apartments is a perfect name. Oh! And you can’t miss it with the smoke stack in front. SO cool!

Location, communication, view and overall accommodations were excellent. I would suggest to have more linen for the kitchen and a couple of dark facecloths for those who wear makeup. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The roof top had amazing views. The terrace on the 2nd floor was very relaxing. Being able to be within walking distance to Broadway was a BIG plus. We would definitely return. Kirk was a phone call away and responds immediately.

Spacious updated unit, very easy check in

The unit was spacious and updated, check in very smooth. There was a gnat problem in the unit and the stench from the trash chute in the hallway was overpowering on the Sunday evening/Monday morning of our stay. Would recommend staying on an upper floor in the building. Additionally there is a view of the bridge, off to the left, but the primary view is of a scrap metal yard tacross the river that is occasionally loud.

This space was not clean. There was dust everywhere; under chairs, beds, on ceiling fans. There were spider webs on the light fixtures and the floors were filthy, especially in the bathrooms and closets. One of the toilet handles wasn’t working properly (this must’ve been reported before our stay because we didn’t report it) and someone showed up mid day in the middle of our stay to fix it without any notice from the property manager. There were also so many gnats all the time, which made it feel even less clean.

Had everything we needed. Kitchen has all the utensils and fair assortment of pots and pans. Would have liked a listing of local grocery stores in the area as we DO cook. A few cobwebs in the higher places (light fixtures). Very comfortable beds. Nice views of the river. easy access from freeway. Walkable location to downtown. Parking garage was a nice bonus! Just FYI - a train runs very close and honks his horn often. We were not bothered by it.

Great venue and location. Close enough and far enough for a quiet moment. Place was big and clean. Would stay again.

We (2 couples) just stayed here for a weekend in Nashville. Great location, less than a mile to broadway. Unit was on a corner with a great view. Plenty of space, overall clean, very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Only thoughts for improvement would be to replace the shower curtain in the one bathroom as it was stained and replace the towel bar in the shower with a bar that doesn’t rust as it was quite rusted. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The area and apartment were great, the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was due to the spiders and cobwebs on the outside balcony.
