We had a great time!

We loved how spacious the unit was & proximity to everything. Way better than a hotel!

Parking was excellent and under cover. Unit was clean definitely would stay again.

I appreciated parking being included with no extra fees. The place was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My only complaint would be some of the washcloths were stained and gross but not all of them and we didn’t have enough sheets to make both the cot and fold-out couch up the 1st night only. Other than that we loved our stay and the place was very nice. We walked to Broadway several times. Very nice neighborhood. We would stay here again.

We had an issue with shower door not able to open or close and Kurt was able to get us another rental which we were thankful for. Happy with both places minus the shower door. Place was clean and at a great location. We would stay here again.

My son enjoyed the gym and the laundry was great.Lovely unit, convenient, and well equipped.I would certainly recommend this property.

Very nice place to stay!

This was a beautiful condo and having 2 bedrooms/2 baths worked out really well for 2 couples. We loved the area this was in and felt very safe there. We were able to walk to pretty much everything we wanted to. The host was very responsive. Would highly recommend this lovely place!

Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Great open space to lounge and get ready. Love all the windows and it’s clean. Cute little area nice views at end of street. There’s a liquor store right around the corner with snacks and water so you can stock what you need. Also walkable to great food spots. Was easy to get in and out and didn’t run into any issues. We had such a great weekend, highly recommend.

This was so easy to find, we loved everything about the apartment. Communicate was great with owners.

Very nice space, the host was very responsive to questions & any request we had. It was unseasonably cold when we were there; the master bedroom & especially the bathroom were VERY chilly. They did provide a space heater which we used. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishes & the coffee pot worked great! We were there for a conference at Music city Center this is location is only a mile or so away & it was inexpensive ride share to get there. So if you want to be close to downtown & have a quieter & roomier space than a hotel room I would recommend it.

Kurt was very accommodating to our needs. The condo was clean and very spacious. We did not use the pool area as it was cold out. I would stay here again!

Location and the condo layout were perfect! Plenty of room to hang out with family. Host was very prompt and professional. The hair dryer did not work which was disappointing because I didn’t bring mine from home since it was listed as an amenity. The shower temperature did not stay hot for very long so a few of us had uncomfortable showers. Other than that the condo was great!

Would've gave 5 stars for the stay but the neighbor was extremely loud and obnoxious. Other than that the property was great. Only gave 1 star for the pool because it was closed due to the time of year.

The host was very courteous and easy to work with. The condo was as described, beautiful corner condo with parking space, which is a premium in Nashville. We would definitely stay there again. The grounds were very nice. The weather was cold, windy, and rainy, so we did not spend time in the outside areas. Would love to come back during a time when we could enjoy them.

Clean and very modern. Great location, easy safe 15 minute walk to Broadway. Everything you need for 2 days or a week.

The condo is updated, modern, tastefully decorated, and has a great floor plan. Detail recommendations to take it from a 3.5 star to a 4 star and potential improvements are: overall cleanliness (dust and debris on floors throughout including closets, lighting fixtures, and inside kitchen and bathroom cabinets); appearance repairs (scuff marks on walls and dings in floorboards); towels were worn, dingy and folded kaddy-wonky and piled on bathroom counters; kitchen cabinets were disorganized with utensils, pots & pans.Recommend installing a full-length mirror and removing wire hangers in closets.Also, washer water temperature set on cold, but was coming out hot.It's a great condo and location. Great place to stay, beautifully decorated. Good location. Could use some extra blankets with bedding. Had a great time!

The place was beautiful and clean. One bedroom had closet bi-fold door. That was not expected. Would have liked an ordinary door. The door in the master bedroom was hard to close and open. Overall it was a good place to stay. Would love to go back and stay longer next time.

The property was clean and comfortable. It provided us with a quiet space to enjoy while being within walking distance to many of Nashville’s downtown attractions, restaurants and music scene. I would book this property again.

This place was amazingly and in a super convenient location. Clean and exactly as advertised. Walking distance to Broadway and what felt like a very safe neighborhood. Only thing I can suggest is the pull out couch needs to be replaced. Not an ideal sleeping arrangement because it was on the verge of breaking.

Beautiful, clean unit with lots of natural light and expansive city and sky views! We were very pleased with the quality and usability of the kitchen and bathroom features and appliances - the showers were the best I've ever experienced anywhere! Excellent location and great amenities

This was a great place to stay. I loved how spacious the living room and kitchen area was. There was plenty amenities provided for our stay. It’s was not too far of a walk to downtown, but I would definitely make sure to wear some comfortable shoes. I like that there was secure parking. The check in and out process was easy. It is so nice to have a washer and dryer as well. It was nice to have food and hang out options that were close to the place for if we did not want to go all the way downtown. I would stay here again.

We loved it! The property was beautiful. The condo/apartment had everything you could want. There was plenty of room and stocked up on everything we needed. It was about a 12 min walk to Broadway. I would definitely recommend this location/company to others.

Our stay in Nashville was great fun. The property is a comfortable walk into the Broadway area walk home is uphill but doable [even for our 2 seniors].The entry process sounded complicated, but ended up being very straight forward. We had trouble getting into the unit, but Kurt was very responsive, opened up the condo remotely and quickly sent someone to replace the batteries in the lock after that little hiccup, coming a going was simple.The unit was just as pictured, was clean, and well equipped. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Property pictures online are accurate. Very spacious living area. Clean and well appointed kitchen.Check in was easy with e-mailed instructions for entry. Under ground parking was a nice bonus.Perfect location. 3-4 minute scooter ride to Broadway for Nashville bar scene. Neighbourhood is well maintained and quiet at night.

The condo was perfect! 2 bedroom / 2 bath / living space and full kitchen. The unit was bright and clean.We were able to walk to the downtown Broadway area, Country Music hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena within 15 mins. We would stay here again.

lovely place, very comfortable. nearly everything we needed for our stay. cleaning crew could be a bit more diligent - several cobwebs in corners. also, a bit annoying that we couldn't find any Kleenex in the unit. neither of these impacted our enjoyment of our visit.

The apartment was as advertised and we loved it. We would stay here again, The closeness to downtown was great less than 10 mins to anything we wanted to do.

GREAT STAY. HAD A SMALL SNAFU UPON CHECKIN BUT THIS WAS HANDLED QUICKLY FROM TODD.

We used the apartment as a base to explore downtown. Lovely place, nice pool and outside lounge area. Wasn’t able to grab groceries easily so Uber was essential. Beds were lovely and comfortable.

Two couples spent the weekend in Nashville. We took a Lyft to and from Broadway and surrounding areas. It was reasonable and easy to get around. The rental was great and comfortable. We just couldn't figure out the thermometer! But we had a great time and highly recommend this rental.

We loved our stay in this condo. Its just as described. Perfect for our family of 3. Its in a nice quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet close enough to walk there. It sits on a hill overlooking the city. Its especially beautiful at night. There is a nice courtyard if you want to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. I will will say the walk back to the condo from downtown is mostly uphill which wasn't an issue for us, but wanted to throw that out there. Forte vacations is so easy to work with as well. They called us on our way there to let us know one of the parking passes was taken by mistake by previous renters and they just wanted us to be aware in case we had two cars. Check in and out was a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again when we revisit in a few years. You won't be disappointed if you rent this condo. there. We absolutely loved this condo. It was just the right size for our family of 3 and is just as described. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet it's close enough to walk to just about anywhere you want to go. If you go to the 6th floor, you have a beautiful view of Nissan Stadium and down town Nashville. It's especially beautiful at night. The courtyard area is nice if you want to sit down and relax and enjoy the fresh air. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway and a few minutes longer to Nissan. Beware, it's a down hill walk to downtown, but it's mostly all up hill on the way back, which was not a problem at all for us. Ubers are readily available if walking isn't your thing. Forte vacations is very easy to work with. They called us on our way there to let us know that one of the parking passes was taken by the group before us by mistake and wanted to be sure that we were aware of that in case we had two vehicles. Check in and check out are a breeze. We would not hesitate to stay here when we hope to return in a few years. You will not be disappointed if you stay in this condo.

Great condo and location. Parking garage a plus. My only complaint would be the baseboards , at least in bathrooms. need some cleaning. Also, when we came back to condo, late afternon, it was very hot. Apparently the thermostat was programmed to 80 while we were gone.

We loved it when we walked in. There was a dirty sock on the floor in the smaller bedroom. And the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned. The roll away and couch pull out bed were both uncomfortable. But, we still were very happy with our stay. The location was great. We used ubers to get around. We would stay again. Thank you so much!!

I was traveling with my mom for a birthday trip. We did a short 3 night stay. Location was awesome and unit is very spacious, just some things could have been a little cleaner we felt.

The stay was fine, except the bathrooms need some updates, ex: a total refresh (new plumbing hardware, new toilets, new soap dispensers, newer softer towels). And offer something other than streaming on your televisions.

This was a great place to stay, walking distance to broadway. Grocery stores are a ways away walking would take about an hour. We had a fantastic stay. Kurt was very prompt and courteous with responses. Super easy check in, very quiet facility. Grounds, pool & community space was great!! I do believe the cleaners could be a little more thorough, as some areas under the bed we found items left behind by others.

Property was very nice, but could use little work. A couple of the blinds were broke and wouldn't go up and there were several light bulbs out. Otherwise it was a great stay.
