Luxurious Downton High Floor 2 br 2 bth Condo-#54

The location is great. A short drive puts you in the heart of it all. The gym and the overall complex is nice. The parking garage is a bonus. The apartment does need some attention. The floor in the master shower has a sizable whole forming around the drain as it is missing several small tiles. If it wasn't for that, it would be 5 stars.

For future - both bath sink drains are sluggish

Great location and facility. view was excellent! A few minor flaws, shower floor tiles broken at the drain, water pooled on one side of shower, sink very slow to drain 30 mins (Mbath)

The condo was a perfect space for two couples! Quiet, convenient location to all attractions! Kurt was quick to respond to questions! The condo was clean and stocked, but would benefit from a deep cleaning beyond normal cleaning from guest to guest.

The check in was easy! All instructions were clearly laid out prior to arriving. The condo was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Very close to all the action but you would never know it. We were fortunate to be able to check in a little early and check out a bit late. 10/10 stay and would definitely recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It is a fabulous place with great amenities and great location. It felt very homey and very comfortable for two couples. The beds were very comfortable as well…would definitely recommend this place.

The place was great!! Check in and check out was a breeze!! We didn’t have a car but the parking garage looked like easy access. Having pool access was fabulous! The condo was perfect for two couples! Clean and wonderful!! Would highly recommend!!

Great location, easy walk to Broadway. Easy check-in, parking etc. Place was nicely decorated. Walk to broadway was about 15 minutes, mostly downhill, walk back from Broadway was mostly up hill. Mr J’s was close by for a quick bit to eat, breakfast/lunch. Pool was also very nice.

The condo and property were exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. It was just far enough away from the busy tourist attractions that we enjoyed the peace and quiet while at the condo. A quick 15 minute walk took us right to restaurants and clubs on Broadway as well as the museums. We had a blast and would love to stay here again!

This property is just a short walk—about 12 minutes—to all the activity on Broadway. We appreciated the coffee, snacks, and the nice downtown view. The area was quiet and felt safe, no loud noises or unruly tenants. There’s also a great burger place called Mr. J’s just two minutes away, which ended up being the highlight of our stay.That said, the photos didn’t quite match reality. The apartment needed a more thorough cleaning, with dust and dirt on several surfaces. Both mattresses were worn out and not very comfortable. The couch was also sagging in the middle, so we mostly sat on the edges, if we sat at all. The bathroom tile in the larger bedroom was cracked and had mildew, which made us prefer to wear shoes while showering. The towels provided were also stained. The bigger bedroom was also very hot due to the lack of temperature controlling window treatments and the sun constantly beaming in. If you’re mainly looking for a convenient spot close to Broadway, this place will work. But if you want a cleaner, more comfortable, home-like experience, you might want to consider other options.

We had a great time at the condo. We felt really safe and close to everything.

Stayed with friends and it was so easy to get an Uber and get back and forth downtown. Place was comfortable and quiet.

Great apartment! We had an issue with the washer and the A/C but the owner was responsive and did all he could to help solve the problems. We would stay here again

Park and walk... good exercise to get to Broadway and super clean and orderly... would definitely stay there again. Had no issues with other tenants in the building.

We had a wonderful stay at 500 RMH Road. It was a wonderful location. Very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive. We would love to stay again on our next visit to Nashville.

Perfect property for 2 couples. Good space, location is convenient and a quick Lyft ride to just about anywhere. Location and building are both very quiet. Apartment was nicely furnished and kitchen well stocked with dishes, silverware and pans. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the linens. A great property.

The property was very well laid out, in a safe neighborhood and comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to downtown and had a nice view of the river. I would absolutely stay here again band the host was very communicative and helpful.

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. It was the perfect location off of Broadway but still walkable to everything. It had a well stocked kitchen, nice neighborhood and safe building, would stay here again for sure!!

Perfect set up for two couples with a location perfect for walking or Ubering to all the sites. Nice to have covered parking as well and a balcony with a great view!

Close to everything but in a quiet area of downtown which is great when you’re winding down and want a good night’s sleep. The property includes parking, secure doors, a gym, and pool. Walking path along the river is nice, and there are many restaurants within walking distance.

condo was great...close enough to Broadway to walk ...building very secure for us as well as the car...condo well stocked and furnished. when we go back we will stay there again. thanks for great weekend

Excellent property. Easy 20 min walk to Broadway, uphill on way back, but not too steep or strenuous. Well equipped, clean, comfortable apartment that worked really well for 2 couples. Would definitely recommend.

Several nice restaurants in the area and a very short walk to the heart of downtown Nashville. Clean spacious and updated living quarters.

Good location, walking distance to Broadway, Printers Alley, food, shopping a little of everything. Clean, well stocked, nice amenities including a pool, pool house, barbecue grills, corn hole and more. Property management is easy to work with and friendly.
