During our stay in April it was a winter wonderland! We had a storm which brought in an additional 2 feet of snow and we loved it the kids had a great time building snowmen, tubing, swimming in the outdoor heated pool while throwing snowballs! Road crews were extremely efficient clearing the roads during the snow storm to allow access. The village is charming with grocery, several restaurants and seasonal clothing store. As for our condo it was more than what the website noted. Large open floor plan. Ample space for 2 adults and 5 children to have their own space and very quiet. Very well appointed. Perhaps supply more than one trash bag would be most helpful, other than that we are planning a vacation for this summer.
Everything was good. Microwave was very loud and master pocket door was broken. Other than that it was all good
The size of the home was great.
I rented this place for 3 nights. The house is amazing other then all of the dining chairs are falling apart. One of the legs fell off when eating dinner with the family. The other big problem was the internet and TV's. I call 2 or 3 times asking to get the TV's and internet fixed. Each time I was told someone on site would call me to get it fixed. I finally got a call on the last night saying it was fixed. It never was fixed and I just gave up as we had to leave at 5 am. This place was not cheap and I feel like the management should care a little more about the guests. I had to drive to Sandy to get a good Hotspot so I could get some work done.
It's a nice, very large condo. Lots of space to spread out. All items you need are there. It was clean. Good beds. Found extra chairs and table stacked along wall which was weird. Also lots of furniture stacked up in garage. Clearly they are changing out furniture. Dust and feathers all over elevator. The furniture and lay out are OK, it's a functional large lay out, Not a very cozy personal space. Harsh lighting. People staying above us had a party or something going on Friday night, very loud till 3AM.
Low water pressure on check-in. Then told by Vacasa (Nichole) water main broke. No pressure to shower, wash dishes, flush toilet….no bueno. Vacasa offered $125 max refund. Nice gesture, but unsatisfactory
Stayed here for a wedding. Place is huge and close to the ammenities of Mt hood. would reccomend!
What a gorgeous-spacious-perfectly located find! We loved it! The master bedroom is the cherry on top!
Stayed here to get out of portland. Super easy and short commute. Location was amazing. Lake was beautiful and easy hike for non fit adults and little kids. Pool was amazing. Had a great time and will be back as soon as schedule allows :)
After a frustrating start (last minute switcharoo on reserved condo & incorrect directions for lockbox), we settled in nicely. 5 adults (only one couple) so having enough beds was key. We all remarked on how large the condo was. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Barbecue was a plus and air conditioning was very much appreciated! FYI coffeemaker uses #4 Cone filters & there is not a coffee grinder.
There were a few items that needed repair during our 12 day stay. The dryer was not working properly and the gas grill had an issue with the main hook up. I called Vacasa and they sent a technician (Brent) out to fix both of them right away. When he asked if there was anything else he could do I jokingly said we have a couple light bulbs out if you have any extra! Surprising he did and happily replaced all the burnt out bulbs. Excellent customer service! A few days later came the heat wave with temps above 100 degrees. The AC was not working properly, again I called Vacasa and they has a technician come out. This time Tristan fixed the AC for us. He was so helpful and polite. We thought for sure we would not have the AC fixed for a day or two with everyone dealing with the excessive heat. Tristan was able to fix it that night. He even called the next day to make sure it was working properly. I would highly recommend staying at a Vacasa property. They were wonderful to deal with, super helpful and super friendly.
