Stayed Jan 15, 2019This is a condo I would highly recommend. My husband and I rented it for three months this year. January, February and March were a pleasant time to be there. The owner was always available and welcoming to any correspondence from the moment we showed interest in this property. It was a well designed and decorated unit. We are older, and appreciated the first floor level and it’s short distance to the pool. Great for families as well. The master bedroom toward the back as well as the living room, offer a close view of the golf course. Yet, we were never disrupted by any chatter from the players. There are two screened in patios. One at the front of the condo as well as the one facing the golf course. Both bedrooms were spacious with TV’s in both. We did also appreciate the full size washer and dryer right there. The kitchen is well furnished. I did not feel at a lost for any cooking utensils. The location of the Community is also something we enjoyed very much. Publix, Target, Walmart, CVS, and a variety of restaurants are within 5 miles. No need to head into Naples downtown, unless you chose to. I would definitely recommend this property to couples or families.
