Luxe Oceanfront Condo w/ Pool, Beach Access + Gear

The condo was amazing - so clean and spacious! The view from our balcony was stunning, espeically at night with the moon shining out over the water. Amanda (the host) answered my many questions via text with patience, grace, and humor. We would stay here again!

Everything was good. Clean rooms, washing machine and dryer work great! Beach was great. Close to grocery and food.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo in a great location. The recent renovation was well done and very tasteful. The floors throughout were beautiful. The bathroom tile was very well done, the kitchen countertops and cabinets were nice and the appliances were nearly new and worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the HVAC was consistent and worked well. The underground parking was a nice feature and kept salt and scum off of the car windows. The ocean view from the balcony was wonderful and this location is much quieter than Daytona or points south. The Publix across the street was also a convenience. There really isn't a lobby, but an elevator foyer. The beach equipment box in the underground parking garage was a good thing and the beach chairs and umbrella were good to have. Expect a kind of long walk to the beach since you have to go out the front of the building and go out the front and walk around the side to get to the pool and beach. When you check in, go to the condo and get the garage door opener, then take the car to the garage. There are carts to carry up luggage and other things to the condo and saves lugging them up.

This condo was beautiful!! The beach views were great! everything was clean and updated. Perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 small children. Chairs, umbrella, and beach toys were available with the unit in the parking garage witch was extremely convenient with 2 kids. The beach was calm and low key, no hustle and bustle. Publix & Dunkin' are right across the street & Daytona Beach boardwalk is a quick 20 min drive. Highly recommend this area & condo!

This was an Easter weekend trip to Ormond-by-the-Sea. Extremely clean!! Well furnished.Peaceful corner unit on the third floor.Hope to re-book next year.

The condo is amazing! All the amenities and appointments are updated and has an amazing view of the ocean. A Publics grocery store right across the road and easy access to everything in the area. I can’t wait to come back!

Probably one of the nicest Condos we have rented over the years. Will definitely be back again in the near future. Don't even have to leave the condo really with Publix and everything else within a stones throw.

My family and I had an amazing time at the property! We loved waking up to stunning sunrises from the ocean-view balcony every morning. The condo was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also made the most of the pool and beach. The host was responsive, kind, and ensured the condo had everything a guest needed. We’ll definitely be back!

This condo is exactly as advertised.... very clean and comfortable ( especially the beds!). The check-in was easy and the owner/manager was responsive. We would stay again!

Spectacular ocean front view! The unit was clean and the description is accurate. Our host is an excellent communicator, which we really appreciate. It is also walking distance to Publix a Dollar Store and great breakfast spot. We would not hesitate to rebook. Oddly there is a go between called “Evolve”. Getting an invoice from them was a bit confusing.

Imagine staying at the beach condo of a friend of family member and that's what it feels like staying here. Furnishings and decor from an interior designer and completely stocked with all the necessities. The view of the ocean sunrises did not disappoint.

Loved the condo it was a perfect fit for me I have allergies can’t just stay anywhere. The place was exceptionally clean love the decor. Having the pool and the beautiful beach right there was awesome. Amanda thanks for sharing your place I can’t wait to stay there again.

What an amazing experience. Nothing was left out and we did not want for anything during our stay. Everything was well planned, arranged, and showed that someone put a lot of thought and care into every decision. We frequently return to this particular building but this is by far the nicest we have stayed in and will seek it out again.

My family of 5 had a wonderful time in this condo. Be ready when you pull in— the building is old! You’re going to think you might have the wrong address. Ha! But once you enter 305 you know you’re in the right place. So clean and up to date. Perfectly appointed with great kitchen items and appliances, beautiful decor and finishes, and the best showers! And the views!! Great dolphin watching! The owner has to be a first born perfectionist daughter— takes one to know one. :) This place was up to my high standards of clean. The couple tiny things I noticed needed attention I shared with the owner and she was positive and responsive about handling. We will stay here again! I wish we had known a few things. 1) the beach is only accessible from one gate. And there are no community restrooms or back entrance. You’re in and out the front door every time and hiking all the way back up when someone needs a bathroom break. 2) There are technically two fold out beds- one in each couch. However the way the room is setup, you can only use one at a time. This ended up working fine for us and my preteen boys just adapted to sharing a bed for the week!

Condo was fabulous. Had everything you needed with great views. Host was very responsive. Will definitely be back.
