LUXE 2 BEDROOM CONDO - MUSIC ROW - GUITAR POOL

This condo was fabulous!! Super comfortable beds, incredibly clean, sooo cozy. Trendy decor. The only thing we didnt realize was that the initial code we recd went to the back entrance... so we thought we were locked out for a while. Thankful for gracious neighbors who eventually let us in.

A great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The owners got back to us right away when we had questions.

Stay was excellent. Area was quiet and in close proximity to restaurants and bars. I would not attempt to park in the covered parking if in a full size vehicle.

We had a great stay at this Nashville rental! The neighborhood was quiet and surrounded by famous recording studios. It was the perfect distance from Broadway, close enough to enjoy everything, but far enough to relax. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host was amazing and super responsive, which made everything easy. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Great and safe location! Brewery and Live Oak neighborhood bar and a coffee shop were just a quick 2 minute walk away. Nice easy walk to the gulch and we chose to uber to Broadway, which was easy and inexpensive. Property was clean and had everything we needed from an iron or steamer to curling irons!

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was exactly as described and very comfortable. The location is great for all things Nashville. Traffic was pretty heavy during the times we wanted to go out so we left the car in the garage most trips. Uber stops at the Virgin hotel immediately behind this property and it is an effortless walk. When we did drive ourselves, we never had any problems getting a spot in the building’s parking.The condo was spotless and well taken care of. Everything appeared to be recently updated. It was very quiet. We didn’t hear a peep out of anyone else in the building. Very happy we chose this location and I bet you will be too!

Place was super cute! Check in was super easy with clear instructions. The set up of the place is perfect for multiple people. The fact that the toilet shower and TWO sinks were all separated making an easy flow for people to get ready. I was with my mom and 3 kids but would be perfect for a girls trip! TONS of mirrors!! I would definitely recommend this place. It was wonderful! Also pool was awesome! But it did appear bigger in the pictures overall I’m super satisfied

Great condo! Perfectly decorated and all the amenities you need. Very well maintained and clean. Very convenient location, 5-10 mins from all the sites. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again our next time in Nashville.

We were very happy with the property, and the location was excellent.

Where do I begin? This property was easy to get in and out of with ample instructions from the hosts. It was well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee!, filters, soap of all kinds, shampoo, conditioner, the list goes on! It might seem trivial but when you’re only there a day or two, it makes a difference in packing and not having to hit a store for the little things. The beds were very comfortable and the fact that there is a separate room for the toilet and shower is convenient when you have multiple people staying and trying to get ready at the same time. It’s in a quiet area but easy to access Broadway and all of the nightlife. I would definitely stay here again!Thank you Lacey & Derek!

The perfect place to stay while in Nashville!! Beautiful property and amazing owners. Look forward to staying at one of their homes again soon. A perfect location to everything we could have asked for, the guitar pool was a fun bonus! Who are we: We have been on both sides of vacation rentals over the last 13 years as hosts with the highest rating possible on another site. Nothing like this, ever!The positive: The apartment was clean and well designed. the location superb.The negative: As we exited the elevator on the 6th floor we were met with a noxious odor - my son gagged. We went into the unit and while the odor was less prominent it was still there and awful. only two windows and one broken so we couldn't air it out. the awful - I reached out to the host to let them know what was happening. We did not hear back for about an hour and during that time left for a hotel. It was not possible to stay in the stench.The host responded overnight saying they went there and there is no odor.I reached out again in the morning asking to meet at the property before 11 am or after 2 pm - I had to work during the middle hours. The host responded saying they had already been there and there is no issue. Later they offered to meet at 12 noon and only at 12 noon.I reached out to VRBO and they organized a call with the host. During the call the host called me a liar, called me a child and would not agree to meeting me there at any time except noon. When the VRBO agent suggested that there may have been an odor and to meet with us there the host argued with them as well and said my property is perfect.The host kept our full payment, did not attempt to relist the unit or offer anything.

The rental is clean, comfortable, and located in a perfect area of Nashville! We could easily walk, use the electric scooters, or use ride share to the downtown bars, restaurants, and attractions. The rental had all of the necessary amenities to prepare meals. We will definitely rent again.

The condo was the perfect stay for a short weekend get-away. There was plenty of space (2 adults and 3 older teen/ young adults) and the condo was well equipped with anything one could have needed. It was about a 20 minute walk to broadway bars. The condo was very clean and the check-in/ check out process was simple. The owners were very responsive.

Loved our stay! The two bedroom setup was perfect for us. Very clean with every amenity you need and 5 minute uber to all of the sites. Would definitely stay at this location again.

4 of us came in for Vikings/Titans game. This property was perfect for our small group. Its in walking distance or short uber ride to Broadway and stadium. Beds were comfortable and place was really clean. We were able to check in early host made the proces super easy. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. Thought the area was nice and safe.
