Lovely Villa in Sea Pines, 2-Min Walk to Beach, Marina, Pool, Braddock Cove View

Great location. Loved the layout

It was a very comfortable condo with a lovely water view in the back and the sound directly across the street..

This was a great location. It was perfect for our spring break trip! The place is just as described. There are the things needed to make basic meals and a lovely table outside on the patio.We hope to come back to this property next year!

Tired look. Slider/screen hard to move. Doors on closet broken. Cabinets had crooked doors.

We love Bluff Villas and the Braddock Cove view. This condo was very nice. The owners were helpful when we had questions. We would stay here again.

WOW!!! The view from the patio was worth a million. We enjoyed sitting there in the mornings with a cup of coffee and watching the boats passing by and watching the birds watching us LOL. The condo was very spacious, we found ourselves instead of going out to dinner choosing to stay there instead, we did walk down to the salty dog (which is a nice walk not to far at all) for drinks and dinner a couple of times. The beach is a short walk across the street, I would recommend going to that beach instead of going to the beach club parking (hard to get a spot). We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank again for having us.

one of the best units in Bluff Villas at South beach. very nicely furnished, has everything you. Very cheerful decor. Perfect location, minutes to beach, Salty Dog. on the ground floor so opens to a great background Loved staying here!

Great communication

This is a lovely condominium - nicely decorated, spacious, well equipped, and clean. We love the location - close to South Beach Marina and close to the beach - an easy walk to both. The hosts were very responsive. Great stay!

Enjoyed a visit from a deer across the yard. Dolphins at the beach too!!

Pool charge is 20 usd per day per person which we did not consider a small fee as per listing.location so close to the beach was great and biking in sea pines is always wonderful

We loved the location as it is near the beach, Salty Dog Cafe, bike rental and the pool. This was exactly what we were looking for. I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the patio which is partially private and was very quiet. I had a couple of deer visit one morning. Everything in the condo worked nicely. We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place, with an awesome host. Just a short walk to the beach, and right by the South Beach Marina, was an absolutely awesome time! Great for my family. Host was super friendly and helpful! We want to go back!

Our stay was great! One thing that could be added is beach chairs and beach towels.

I enjoyed my getaway. I parked my truck when I got there and didn’t have to move it until I left.

We love staying in Sea Pines, we only booked for three nights, great place just needs some updating!!

The property was clean and very bright, getting the morning sun streaming through the living room. A quick walk across the street and you have your toes in the sand of the beach. Great location right next to the Salty Dog. We didn’t have any major issues, only I couldn’t get the tv in the twin beds room to work, but we weren’t there to watch tv so it wasn’t a big deal. Also the oven seemed to take forever to heat up just to warm up a couple slices of pizza, so keep that in mind if you plan on making a big dinner. But overall the place was lovely and we would definitely stay there again.
