Welcome to this sweet spot, right in the center of all that charming Ogunquit has to offer. This homey townhouse offers plenty of room for your group to both spread out and be together. If the weather is nice, start the day on your patio with a cup of coffee. Wake up slow – you’re on vacation. When it’s time to make breakfast, take advantage of the well-equipped, large kitchen. You’ve got a full suite of appliances, lots of counter space and cabinets, and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast. Roust your crew and have a meal together at the dining table, or keep it casual at one of the barstools. Once everyone’s ready, go explore the coast. You’re near multiple beaches, museums, conservation areas, and small towns.

After a day of exploring, return to your cozy townhome and settle in for the night. Grab a book off the shelf in the main bedroom suite upstairs and get comfortable on the chaise in the living room, or pick a movie to watch together on the TV. Younger guests will appreciate the high chair and kids' books available for reading. With comfort and convenience inside, and coastal Maine waiting outside, the only thing left to do is book the Beach Plum and start making memories!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The description of the property and the location were accurate. We were invited to check in early, which was appreciated as we had traveled a few hours. When we arrived the parking was a little confusing as there is parking in the front and back of the unit. The downstairs bathroom door was locked for some reason but the management company responded very quickly and resolved that issue. The unit could use some organizing, as the cabinets, closets and drawers were not neat and things appeared to be thrown in them. The outside space was not appealing as the chairs were all plastic and the table had obviously not been cleaned in some time.

    Walking distance to beach, and restaurants and easy driving to some of our favorite places with room to spread out. Curling up to read on our one rainy day was great!

    Nice house. Easily accommodated our group of 6. Clean. Easy parking. We stayed in the off-season so the trolley wasn’t running yet, but their is a trolley stop right in front of the house that would be very convenient. Easy 5-minute easy walk to the FootBridge Beach. Would definitely go back.

    What a homey and lovely townhouse! Such a great location- less than 1/2 mile to footbridge beach a mile to ogunquit beach. We had an amazing time and our only disappointment was not being able to book again for next summer. Absolutely wonderful home. Many thanks to the owners for providing such a great place for a wonderful family vacation.

    The home was roomy and well cared for. The kitchen was well equipped. It is a 5 or so minute walk to the footbridge beach. Walking to Ogunquit center was a 15-minute walk. Perhaps the biggest problem was that it is only a short walk to Big Daddy's ice cream.

    Great place to stay. Very, very clean (from a clean freak). Plenty of space for our family of 5 and very well equipped. Short walk to the beach. We have sincerely appreciate your vacation in Ogunquit.

    My extended family stayed in this this townhouse this past August. The owner, Gail was so nice and accommodating throughout the booking process. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The property is spacious, modern, clean and a short walk to the beach, as well as across the street to the trolley. The open concept first floor guaranteed that we were all able to comfortably spend time together. The bedrooms are all very comfortable as well. My family and I go away together every summer, and this is the first time we were all pleased with our accommodations. We will definitely be back!

    We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The house was immaculate, and perfect for our family of four plus grandparents. Walking to the Footbridge Beach, going for lobsters, and for exploring the area - it was perfect. It's right next to the road, but we didn't hear any road noise. So, very convenient and private. We didn't want to leave, and will definitely be back!! Special thanks to the owner for local tips and suggestions. We had a wonderful time.
