Lovely suite close to beach with dune and dunegrass views at oceanfront inn

The rooms were very clean. There were plenty of towels as well as kitchen utensils. I couldn’t get the microwave to work but the stove worked so it was not too inconvienient.

Enjoyed the room. Spacious and nice. Pull out couch was interesting. Lay out was a little strange. All linens could use fabric softener. Well equipped. No beach access.

Space was great, quiet, relaxing, and able to cook some great meals, steak, lobster, prawns.

Large, well kept suite. Full kitchen. Great bed. Will definitely come again!

The property and the room was great. The only problems is that when we made the reservations with Expedia our reservation for our dog did not get put on the reservation, Thank goodness we decided not to take our dog with us and decided to board her. There was no place outside the facility to walk the dog because of signs saying not to walk dog or let them relieve themselves even though we had the appropriate stuff to clean up after our dog. Expedia made the mistake not to put the reservation on the paperwork and it was hard for us to contact someone at the facility before we left to ask questions.

The unit was very clean and we were were able to check in early. However as soon as we did we realized the unit was not as listed. The beachfront unit had no view of ocean or sand dunes, just some bushes and a muddy little pond. It was not even walking distance to the beach. The beach was over a mile away on a busy road with no sidewalks. We immediately called and asked for a unit with a view. The answering service said they would pass along our request and get back to us.The service got back to us saying they hadn't gotten a response from the decision. Meanwhile we stayed out of the unit waiting for a response. After 5 pm we gave up and settled in, but called to ask if we could at least receive a discount. We didn't get any response to that request. We made the best of our stay, but the unit was simply not what we thought we had paid for. We've had good experience with Vacasa before, so we were disappointed and baffled that this unit could be so different from the listing and that no action was taken on our concerns.

Clean , quiet. Spacious and the hosts are responsive.

Dont trust the pictures.No fireplace, no easy beach access, unsafe deck, no working WiFi and most frustrating, unhelpful management

The amenities were in good condition. The bed comfort was excellent.

Place was near perfect, only issue (not that big of issue) was that hot tub Jets didn’t work. Would come again.

Loved this place! It is well stocked with anything you may need and a beautiful quiet place to stay for a romantic weekend. The hot tub is a fun luxury. It is very clean, cozy and inviting!

It is named after our late mother. The hotel being exposed to the ocean air for years, needs some TLC. Good location. Overall, room seemed to fit well for our stay and rates maybe 3.5 stars.

TV worked well....Comfortable bed

Overall it was a fine experience, but not exceptional. I liked the location, and room was clean and mostly ready. I did have a few small issues, though: the fireplace was out of order, and seems to have been for quite some time. The dishwasher propeller was not attached; fortunately that was easy for me to fix. Also, I received a text that I could get in to the room early, which I was grateful for, but evidently that had not been communicated to the housekeepers, one of whom came to do a final inspection after I'd already put my stuff inside. She was extremely apologetic and kind about it, but there was clearly a breakdown in communication. Also, there was conflicting check-out information between what was in the binder and what got sent to me via email.

Pretty good overall. Haven’t booked anything through vrbo/vacasa before but the whole process was pretty painless. The room itself I swear is bigger than my apartment

Nice place that’s close to beach and shops/restaurants. I was a looking forward to the fireplace and hot tub unfortunately neither worked which was a bummer. The couch and pull out bed were very worn out. The kitchen was great. I liked the place overall lots of potential. Still liked the stay it was very roomy and good location and price.

The condo is very centrally located, close by the major hotels in town. Clean and comfortable for the most part, especially the bed. Just one heads-up: the walls are extremely thin. There’s no predicting who the adjoining neighbors will be at any particular visit, but you will hear everything that they’re up to throughout the day and night. I had some folks upstairs who were very loud well into the night and that wasn’t great.

It was nice enough. It had some elements that were outdated but it was pleasant. If you're in one of the bottom rooms you can hear every footstep of the people above you, unfortunately. I think if you're looking for a nice relaxing place to stay that's close to the beach, you won't be disappointed but you also won't be amazed.

The towels and sheets were dingy/scratchy/worn, the fireplace and dryer do not work and ceilings/walls are paper thin you can hear everything going on above.

I loved the hot tub in the living room. The guest book on the coffee table was sticky icky. The gas fireplace was out of order. The dryer was out of order. After reviewing previous guest comments both the fireplace and the dryer had been out of order for months. The owner had not removed either one of the items from the amenities on the website. The bedroom was not lighted and unheated. The recliner didn't recline. It was a great location but obviously the owner of the condo doesn't invest in the upkeep for the VRBO. I would have appreciated a heads up on the problems prior to my occupancy.

It is a peaceful place to stay among the raucous that the 4th of July brings to the area.
