Lovely Oceanside condo in beautiful Duck, North Carolina Outer Banks!

This was an immaculate property. We had access to a pool and walking distance to the beach. Lots of towels and amenities provided overall a very good stay thank you.

This place is really 1/1. Perfect for couples and to get a get away in the books. The location provides you private beach access, a parking spot close by to the location of the home, a Pool and hot tub and your own oasis. Prior to the check in the host checked in with myself giving me a breakdown of what to expect and where to park. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay and WILL be there again in the future! You get some wildlife in the morning as well!

Perfect 2 person Duck get away. Conveniently located to beach, shops, & restaurants. Owner very accommodating. Condo very clean with all that you need for a great stay.

Our stay at Simply Zen was wonderful. Very clean and well appointed. Dan was great on getting us checked in early. Dan was great host, sent us videos for easy entry and showing us how to operate TV, Fans, Lights. Everything was very easy. Enjoyed Hot Tub! Will stay again if we are in Duck!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and had such a cozy feel that made it easy to relax. It was obvious that the hosts take the time to think of what people need for their stay. The location was absolutely perfect — couldn’t have asked for better. Our only note is that storage space was a bit limited for our group’s belongings, but that’s a minor thing. We really enjoyed our time here and would 100% recommend it and can’t wait to go back! They made it easy for us to have a beautiful vacation.

It was very cute condo in a great location just minutes from the beach and the Duck boardwalk. The host was very welcoming and we had everything we needed.

This was our first visit to the Outer Banks and we couldn't have asked for a better property to stay at. It is perfectly situated in walking distance to the beach, the sound, and main hub of shops in Duck. The amenities are private and the owners are super helpful and easy to communicate with. We'll gladly stay here again!

The property was perfect for my husband and I! It was so very clean and well appointed! The location was wonderful…Close to restaurants, stores and the beach! The private pool and hot tub were fabulous! We can’t wait to go back!

The unit delivers as promised. It was Zen from the moment we arrived until the minute we left. What makes the unit so special is the outdoor living space with pool, jacuzzi and recreation area. But the inside is very finely appointed, also. The owners are fabulous to work with. Added to that, Duck itself is like a stress refuge. The whole area exudes peacefulness and contentment. I would certainly stay there again and recommend you do, also!

We had a wonderful time at Duck! The condo was perfect for my hubs and me. We loved having our own private pool and hot tub in the back yard. The condo is positioned in the middle of the road which meant it was close to the beach and the town. We spent days at the beach and evenings in the pool and hot tub. Perfect trip for our anniversary!

What a beautiful, relaxing property! Our stay was so incredible whether we were at the beach at the end of the private street or in the pool in the calming yard. Situated perfectly in Duck with quick access to all. The condo was incredibly clean and well situated for our mother/daughter vacation!

Stayed here for a long weekend with my girlfriend and this place was perfect. Short walk to the beach and everywhere in Duck. Also comes with beach parking which made it easy to get to and from the beach with a cooler, chairs, etc. The private pool and hot tub was great too, especially when the beach was crowded. Plenty of towels and beach/pool supplies as well. Dan was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Home away from home. Relax in a quiet setting that puts you in close proximity to all the OBX activities. Clean and comfortable condo with full access to private pool, hot tub, and all amenities anyone could ask for.

Walking distance to the beach, hot tub and pool and in the heart of OBX! Amazing home, great communication with owner and they even sent us a video tour which explained everything! Can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful property with lots of privacy. My husband and I enjoyed the pool area which was lovely. The condo was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Beach is close and lots of things to do in town within walking distance.

First time going to Duck, and this was a great place to stay! A yard with a private pool and hot tub at a great price. Owners are super communicative and provide everything you need at the condo. Definitely recommend if you’re planning on vacationing in the area!

Simply Zen is beautiful, spotless and everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay! The owners put a lot of care in making sure that our time was nothing but wonderful. We know that we will not stay anywhere else while vacationing in Duck!

cozy apartment perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing beach getaway. we had our own backyard pool, and the beach was as close to ‘private’ as you will find anywhere, and only 400 yards away. while the unit does not have its own washer/dryer, all I needed was a few tee shirts, bermuda shorts, and my bathing suit in this beachfront community.

My husband and I stayed for several days and we can’t add anymore superlatives to other reviews. The communication, location, privacy and accommodations were top-notch. The place was just fabulous and having a private pool and large yard to extend our environment outside was unlike anything we’ve experienced. Such a perfect location to be able to walk to beach or the village. Great memories made!

Very nice place to have pool, sun, and hot tub to yourself. Nice and relaxing and fairly private. All is just a short easy walk away; beach, shops, restaurants. The owners seem to be very respectful of privacy making guests truly feel like it's Zen.

Beautiful and well-appointed property. Great neighborhood and location near the beach, restaurants and shops. Owners were thoughtful and nice. It actually snowed the day we were to arrive, and they cleared the driveway of snow for us. Interior was smartly decorated and very clean. Thoughtful owners provided advice on local attractions and dining spots. Also provided towels for the pool and blankets for the cool weather. Great owners!

My husband & I travel a lot, we have never had such an inviting video with instructions of remotes, hot tub as well as location of condo. Well supplied with essential. Lots of privacy, perfect location.The owner has made great use of the space, we appreciate the king bed! We walked every morning to beach to watch sunrise, saw wild horse, Jordyn State park, ate at Treehouse & Paper Canoe, shopping across the way was the best in the area. All in within walking distance.

This condo is wonderful! It is bright, airy, and spotless as well as comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and the location. We biked and walked everywhere and never needed the car. The owners were very generous in all that they left for us as far as beach gear, towels, toiletries, etc... They also sent us a welcome video so we knew where everything was and how it worked. We will definitely come back!

What a special property! It’s like a precious gem! Everything about Simply Zen exceeded our expectations. The location is perfectly placed between the beach and the town of Duck. Easy walking to both, so you never need to use your car once you arrive. The condo and backyard were very inviting, calming and very private. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were thoughtfully decorated and supplied with everything one might need or want. It was truly like a Serene Oasis and we will definitely return to Simply Zen.
