Lovely Condo On The Beach With Pool And Ocean View - Newly Furnished

The condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Its location was perfect, just a short walk to both the pool and the beach with easy access to each. It’s also conveniently close to all the local attractions.Doug and Mary were great hosts, making sure everything was in order and that our expectations were met. The stay was well worth the price, and we look forward to coming back soon!

We have stayed at many rentals and this is by far one of, if not the best. The condo was in a great location, well stocked, and the owners were extremely communicative. We hope to return!

The unit was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and so was the sofa. The location was the best. Pool was right outside the back door. Beach was literally steps away. Downtown was also just a short drive. Best of all, Doug was super responsive. Highly recommend.

Hosts were unbelievable in every way!Condo was furnished very nicely. There are so many things within very easy walking distance. We are already planning another trip!

We had an excellent stay here for our son’s first beach trip! The condo was exactly as listed and the property was wonderful. This is our 3rd time staying at Pier Point south, but first at this property. We love it and will definitely be back to this condo!

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was fresh and clean when we arrived. Everything very updated and modern. Beds are super comfy. Plenty of towels and blankets in the condo. Location is fabulous! Ice cream pizza and donuts next door. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Also a circle k in walking distance. Through the pool and out a short side walk and you’re on the sand. Perfect walk to the beach. Pool is great. Plenty of chairs and tables. Honestly I think the condo was even better in person than what the pictures show. So so happy with it. Would absolutely stay again! Owners were easily reached for any questions. Can’t say enough how please I am with our stay!! 15 out of 10! 5 stars

Loved our stay and plan to return! The location is perfect and within walking distance to many of our favorite places, not to mention easy easy stroll to the beach without leaving the property! Very quiet and relaxing as well!

We loved the quiet condo that was steps away from the beautiful beach. The pool as part of the complex was never crowded and was just outside the back door. The condo was wonderful and a great place to get out of the sun and relax!

This condo was perfect for me. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect. It’s near the pier with many nice restaurants close by. I loved walking the beach. The state park is a mile up the beach with trails, snack bar, and bathrooms. The unit has some really nice upgrades. I especially liked the walk-in shower in the master bath. I’ve already booked my stay for next year.

Very user friendly.Could park close to front door making easy to bring in our stuff. Literally steps to pool and a few more steps to beach. Comfy unit with all you needed. Felt like you were a guest in someone’s home.

This condo was perfect for our stay in St. Augustine! Everything we needed for our time inside and out was already there. Very clean! Loved the ability to start the day by walking straight out to the beach, spent the late afternoon at the pool, and close to tons of restaurants and activities for the evening. The kids were very sad to leave! The owners were great communicators should anything have arisen during our stay! Highly recommend.

This was our second stay in Doug and Mary's condo, and it was just as great as we remembered! Our kids loved the easy pool access, and short walk to the beach. The condo itself was clean, cozy and had everything we needed! Wonderful trip!
