Stayed May 23, 2024The condo itself had a great view and was very clean, with the exception of the kitchen sink which is grossly stained and should be replaced. The kirchen is minimally furnished. The entry door to the condo looks too dirty to touch - a terrible first impression. We would not rent at Royal Gardens again because of the location and the 2-car passes only with nowhere for an additional car to park.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seabreeze Realty charged 317.21 in fees on top of the weekly rate. 29.71 for credit card fee, 75 for Administrative fee 87.50 linen, and 125 cleaning fee. There should be no linen fee as it has always been included in the cleaning fee according to the Seabreeze brochure!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived @ our location on 7/3/2023, we went to theoffice and picked up our keys and parking passes. When we entered our room, it was clean and orderly.WE stayed 7 days, and had a very nice time at this resort. The location of this resort to the local area was just what we needed, to do things outside of the resort. I would highly recommend this resortto anyone who wants to enjoy a nice summer vacation.
