Toilet in the main bedroom, was not clean, there was something black under the seat. Silverware was just dumped in a drawer.The location and the view were amazing. This would be a great property if it had a little TLC!

Units view and location is good. There was an issue with cloudy water from the master bath. We were not comfortable washing or brushing teeth. The manager had a water test done which showed chemicals in range except for the chloride. We requested bottle water and the supplied us with a case which we noted was one year past the expiration date. Can provide photos if you’d like for this could be a serious issue

The unit is exactly as the pictures show. It was a perfect location for us with the State and National Parks that we wanted to visit. An issue came up with the AC and we called that morning it was back up and running by the afternoon. I would recommend this condo.

Well-situated condo convenient to diverse activities in and around Canaan Valley. Definitely would stay here again.

In my opinion if we're renting a unit from someone who lives there then we should be considered guests and allowed to use the pool. The staff was very helpful since my granddaugher managed to lock the bathroom door and also resolved our question with the washer.
