Stayed Aug 14, 2025The property just has one full bathroom. This was challenging for 5 people. It is walkable to the beach, which is nice. The walls and ceiling are thin, so neighbors walking around and street noise are evident. The condo was clean and the host was flexible.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025The property was clean, quiet and located in a nice area. Beds were very comfortable. There were some cooking items missing and very limited number of towels but otherwise it was a pleasant enjoyable stay.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025We arrived to a very clean and organized home. Everything was very well explained on the app and on the few things listed around the home. If staying here, check the notebook on the island for notes about the city and home and such, and leave your own! We had an amazing week! Extremely busy, given it was the week of a holiday, but the 4th of July fireworks were amazing and all the shops and such on the boardwalk were fantastic! Everything was very close too. We definitely plan to come back to Virginia Beach eventually, as I live in Ohio currently. Definitely a well deserved vacation and I throughly enjoyed staying with Sammie! 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!!!!
