Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The spiral staircase was like climbing a super narrow ladder. It is steep and narrow enough that the management's advice was to use the outside stairs to get your luggage to the 2nd floor. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. If you can't get luggage up the stairs, how can you expect an 65 year old to navigate them? The spiral staircase was never mentioned in the write up or pictured in the advertisement for the place. The management did offer a refund at check in, but with no other option of a place to stay due to it being a busy weekend we had to stay there or go to a different city. So my mother slept on a couch for four nights. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked. For a younger family this place would be awesome. For someone who doesn't get around pretty well and can't climb a ladder, then it's not for you.

Toilet seat not attached downstairs. Poorly equipped kitchen. All plastic cups, NO COFFEE CUPS. Finally office brought 2 styrofoam cups for coffee. Bed good. Furniture old and dirty. Decks nice. AC SOUNDED LIKE A 747 aircraft on the roof. Thought it was a band was playing down the street. No restitution made and fairly expensive. Nice exterior property. My son had a lovely condo on same floor. Great kitchen and bar accessories. Well decorated and nice.Disappointed
