Long term Travelers: spacious 2 BR beach condo

The beach was quite a distance away. Construction was on going on the property while we stayed.

We didn't have a beach view. There was no blender or whisk

We had a wonderful stay. The complex is being renovated but that did not affect our stay at all. The condo was clean and well equipped. Our host was readily accessible and even alerted us when any renovations would affect us. Walk to beach and most days we had the beach to ourselves.

It was exactly what we wanted. A quiet place away from the crowds, a beautiful beach and pool. The condo had pretty much everything and it was clean.

The place was nice. We had some issues but they mostly got sorted. Plenty in the apartment and lots of room. Location is close to the beach but have to drive to everything else as walking is not an option.Shower and bathroom are there, nothing special but did the job most of the time.Would be a good place to stay for a few nights, if your needing to be up that way.

The host responded quickly which was nice! The location is alright its about 25 minutes from daytona beach. The condo itself is large in size, but very outdated. Beds are full size not kings. Heat wouldnt work. Washer leaked water all over the floor everytime we tried to use it. When we arrived the shower was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. When we tried to shower there wasnt hot water. Tried again the next day we could not take a shower for longer than 3 minutes before it was cold. They leave a vehicle in the spot marked for the condo, and there are 3 other guest spots to park which were always full so there was no where to park and we had to make our own spot.

For me location was the main reason I picked it I was visiting family within a mile. There were a few issues but they were trivial and I would probably stay there again if needed.

Very roomy and clean 2BR second story condo in the back of the complex. Across A1A from the beach…about a quarter mile walk to the beach. Stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen. Roomy master bedroom. Nice kitchen and living area.

Roomy rental that's near the beach. Nice pool areas. Quiet area. It was nice having 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer.

Great communication from the host. Check-in was easy, condo was nice and in a very quiet area. The beach across the street was quiet and convenient. Had a great stay.

Condo was spacious, clean for the most part. There are3 pools, the one closest to the condo is ok, the next pool over was very nice. Beach has a very steep incline and it’s a decent walk away from the condo.

This stay was incredible! Very family friendly atmosphere! The beach was beautiful. We were one of the only 3 families on the beach during the week we were there!

A simple, clean condo within walking distance to the beautiful beach. Relatively quiet and comfortable property with the slight quirk of feeling more like staying at someone else’s vacation home rather than a vacant guest property (lots of toiletries etc). Basic provisions were provided as we are used to with most VRBO properties plus helpful beach extras. Very responsive kind host! Beautiful beach.

We had a great time. The location was perfect to enjoy the beach without a lot of people around. Also close enough to places to eat and other attractions. Just a short walk to the beach and a great pool.

This is a nice clean condo that was a great place to stay after a busy week. The beach is a short walk and very quiet. The kids loved the pool. Kathy was very nice and responded quickly. Wish we could of stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your home.

Place was just what I expected very clean, the pool was great. The host was very nice and responded quickly to msgs. We had a great weekend!

Kathy was a SUPER host..we arrived earlier than expected and she moved heaven and earth to get us in early!… The condo was IMMACULATE and we needed for nothing!… beds were comfy and the place was sooo cozy… I would recommend Kathy’s place to EVERYONE!!… We had everything we needed in a closet for a perfect beach day… Me and my husband and son were in Daytona for my daughter’s college cheerleading competition in Nationals… where they placed 8th in the country… we were totally overjoyed with our entir visit!!.. Soooo … Kathy is the person to book with!!.. TOTALLY AMAZING EXPERIENCE.. God bless you all!

Very friendly willing to help tenants. Perfect location to shops,site seeing,resturants. Great view for rockets launches. No hidden surprises. Kathy was a great host. Always prompt responses to any questions. Ocean Beach access is just a walk across the road. We did snowbirding for 3 months & really enjoyed ourselves.A

We had a lovely stay over the thanksgiving week. The condo felt very homey, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy ourselves!

We enjoyed the unique location. It was a very quiet beach getaway with almost private beach. Lovsd hearing the waves even from the appartment.

The condo was updated, spacious, and very clean. Kathy is a great host! The location of the condo is convenient - less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 20 minutes drive to Daytona if you want some nightlife. The pools associated with the condo were very clean and well-maintained. We had a great time. Will stay here again!

Quiet and peaceful stay with private beach access! Property is updated, comfortable, with all the comforts of home. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

My son, grandson, and myself came down to visit our family. Had a great time. Place was wonderful and perfect for us to have family over. I was able to prepare meals and take out menus were provided which was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet area, the beach was great and we had it almost to our selves. Had everything we could possibly need at the condo. Very happy with this booking ... 2 adults and 3 kids
