Our home is located right by the beach in Long Beach, which means you’ll enjoy refreshing ocean breezes and a true coastal experience. At the same time, the area can feel warm and humid during summer afternoons, especially indoors. Most evenings cool down naturally with the ocean air, and guests often find opening the windows and using the fans creates a pleasant breeze.

This ground-floor 2BR condo is located in a small four-unit complex, providing the perfect home base for both business and pleasure.

Step onto the bright and cozy family and living area where you can relax or watch movies on the 55 Smart TV. We have a kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless appliances. It has everything perfect for someone who loves to cook and entertain.

After an exciting day of sightseeing, please make your way to our comfortable bed. All bedrooms have queen-sized beds that are equipped with luxury bedding and provide you with the necessary relaxation.

After a fun-filled day at the beach, relax at home on the enclosed porch, or dine alfresco on the shared patio space in the complex's fenced backyard.

For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated workspace set up for you to use!

An ensuite washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 500 Mbps are all provided during our stay!

    The property was conveniently located to all things in downtown Long Beach. And, the property owner had effective communication throughout our stay.

    If you're looking for a safe, quiet, convenient location to the beach, convention center, restaurants, and highway, this is a good spot for you. The place was clean and comfortable, although it didn't have much decoration, so be prepared for no frills. The kitchen was well appointed (we cook a lot!). The bedrooms are well away from the street and there is no road noise (I am sensitive to that, so was very pleased!). Very convenient to have laundry right in the unit. Finding street parking within 1 block was no problem for us during our week-long stay in August. The host was super communicative about the couple of frustrating problems we did have in the place (the stove not working, and very spotty wifi), and although they weren't able to be resolved, we felt well taken care of. I felt this place was reasonable value for the money. Thank you!
