With its prime location on Texas Ave, this gorgeous townhouse provides a close gateway to the sandy shores and stunning ocean views of Carolina Beach. Plenty of sleep time privacy, and high end leather seating in the living room gives just a taste of what this spectacular beach vacation home has to offer! This brand new build offers many amazing features such as an elevator, outdoor private shower, and modern kitchen and baths. The ground floor features a garage and private bedroom suite. Head on up to the first floor where you will find a roomy primary bedroom suite and two more suites sharing a jack and jill bathroom. The top floor is where you will probably spend most of your time in the great room. A luxurious kitchen with granite countertops adjoins the dining and living room, which feature shiplap paneling. This premier new build features easy to clean LVP flooring throughout, custom tile in all the bathrooms, and a spiral staircase to a rooftop sun deck. Luxury abounds in a casually elegant beach rental that will become your new home away from home.



Designed with families in mind, the home is equipped with two high chairs, one booster seat, a Pack ’n Play, and side rails for a bed, making travel with little ones easy and comfortable. For beach days, enjoy numerous baby tents and chairs, baby toys, and kids’ beach toys, ensuring fun for guests of all ages.

Guest Bedroom: queen bed with a trundle and storage drawers

Living Room: Leather Sofa, leather side chairs, smart VT, ocean view porch with spiral stairs to rooftop

Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be lying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)  



Parking - Depending on the car size, this shared driveway can hold up to 5-6 vehicles. Parking on the RIGHT Side Driveway & Garage. Please DO NOT park on the left side or block the entrance, as it will trigger the neighbors' Ring Camera. Please, DO NOT park in the grass. No RVs, boats or trailers are permitted to park on the premises.



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Exploring the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, home to incredible coastal wildlife, or take the scenic car ferry across the Cape Fear River for a relaxing visit to the charming town of Southport where quaint streets are filled with unique antique shops and galleries. History lovers can walk the scenic, live‑oak‑lined trails of the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, where Civil War bunkers still stand. Nature enthusiasts will love the island’s two state‑managed coastal preserves: Carolina Beach State Park, home to rare Venus flytraps found naturally only in this region, and the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, known for pristine beaches, marshes, and wildlife viewing. Getting Around:

Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in popular spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.

    The property is gorgeous and so conveniently located at the beach. All of the fixtures in the condo were nice, but you do need to bring all of your basics as they don't provide. They do have a really nice elevator that was a lot of help. The elevator is very delicate so you have to make sure that all of the doors are closed on each level for it to work. It is a new build and they decorated it beautifully. Convenient to the boardwalk I suggest renting a golf cart to putter around town. A block from the beach. We would stay here again!
