Stayed Mar 13, 2026Nice large clean upstairs apartment within walking distance of shopping and restaurants as well as campus. Off-street parking was a little tight for two (upstairs downstairs) apartments. The downstairs occupants could be noisy despite signs about evening quiet hours. Overall, we enjoyed having this centrally located apartment as our home base.

Stayed Jan 8, 2026The place was clean, nice local, host great. Description of please as lofty and eloquent a real stretch. Blinds on window were of an adhesive variety that i didn’t know existed. Kept falling down. We spent a good bit of time in living room due to long rainy day and furniture very uncomfortable and not enuf. Beds were comfortable.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024The property manager was incredibly helpful. We booked an upstairs unit by mistake and we have a wheelchair user in our family. He worked it out so that we could have the downstairs unit. He went above and beyond and we were grateful. The house is quite old and needs a LOT of TLC. Hopefully remodeling and upgrading will be done. The master bedroom mattress really needs to be replaced. Overall, we had a roof over our heads and a place to sleep, but if you are looking for a newer, more bougie place, this is not it.
