Stayed May 1, 2025Great home for family with small children and pets. Home was very clean and location is great! The owner was very responsive when one of the shower drains was draining slowly. He responded quickly and had the issue fix within 2 hours. Wonderful service. Would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024My high school girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay at Howard’s place. We had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy. He even let me check in a couple hours early when I couldn’t get an outlet for my computer in town. Princeton is only a 9 minute drive and it’s super direct. Easy to have our meals there, but the kitchen is well appointed. We were able to hang out at the kitchen table and the living room. Back yard is nice and large. So much fun!

Stayed May 3, 2024Very pleasant home and host. Our group of ten was able to comfortably enjoy our weekend in this nice clean house. Linens, kitchenware and anything else you might need was also available. Easy in and out and great communication with the host. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024The place was great. Everything was provided. Linens and towels were in abundance. The appliances all appeared brand new and worked great. The yard was huge and worked out great for our two dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 9, 2024I was very impressed with this house. Very spacious, clean and lots of room for hanging out with family and sleeping arrangements. Though we did not use the backyard, it was large and suitable for outdoor grilling and activities. Downtown Princeton was minutes away and very easy to get to. Our host James was accessible at all times though we did not need to contact him. I plan to book it again.

Stayed Jun 14, 2023We had family events in NJ so several family members were in town. A few of us stayed at this house. It was perfect for the group. The home was immaculately clean, each room so well appointed and was so homey and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The street could be a little noisy but that’s more of an observation than an annoyance. It’s also a super quick drive into the town of Princeton so that was really convenient. When we rent another VRBO I hope it meets these standards.

Stayed Jun 4, 2023Great place with lots of room. The only thing we would suggest is the sofa in living room be a bit higher. It was tough getting up from it. Other than that, very nice home and super clean.
