Location Location ,Condo with an exceptional ocean view.

Don't hesitate and book. The view is amazing, the appartment clean and confortable. The beach is easily accessible and the restaurant on the site is VERY good! The pool is clean and heated just enough! I didn't expect the room to be as big as it was and the king size bed is also very confortable. We will definitly be back :)

Beautiful property and view. Not one complaint. It is very quiet and laid back. You don’t come here to party but the people are very sociable.

It's a beautiful location and unit; just needs a new coffee maker, don't count on the washer/dryer to be in working order. Everything else is wonderful....

Awesome quiet area of Puerto Vallarta. All inclusive next door. Lots of boats available for hire. Good snorkeling.

Mismaloy location was absolutely beautiful and the condo was very clean. I texted Hessam before our rental started to see if W/D worked. I had read in the August and September reviews that it was not working. I have still not received a reply, but it does not work. We had trouble getting on the internet. And I had texted Hessam to ask for better ways to access the internet, (husband needed for work). On day 5 of 7 day stay he, replied. Living room furniture has no tears or stains but is not very comfortable if you are sitting more than maybe 30 minutes. There is little padding left and you feel the wooden supports of the frame on your butt and back. Bed was good, not exceptional. ( probably good middle of the road firmness but we like more plush firmness) The sheets were great.Communication was very little and anything but timely. The place and view were very lovely.There is a nice pool suitable for swimming laps.Although you can take buses and taxis, I recommend having a car at Mismaloy.

The room was as expected; simple yet had most of what you needed. The view was amazing and the local people were very friendly. It was very quiet so not many people were ever in the lovely warm pool. It’s a quick ride on the bus into PV. There were a few cons- the in-unit washer/dryer does not work and you have to buy water so be prepared to walk into town and back up the hill. Wifi connection is poor so if you want or need to be on your devices you may be frustrated.

Wonderful condo. Staff at La Jolla are wonderful. Beautiful view. Comfortable bed. Drawers in closet do not work properly (very hard to open and close)

Both toilets leaked, took days for the owner to get WiFi details to me, washing machine didn’t work.Otherwise it was a great place to stay, excellent management of the building, nice facilities.

Great location, quiet area, nice pool and very clean premises. The condo itself was updated with new appliances which were too large to allow some cabinets to open, the washer in the unit was broken, the drawers in the closet were very difficult to open -- some didn't open at all, and the cooking pans and utensils were banged up and very old. We enjoyed our stay despite these inconveniences .

I love this condo and Mismaloya! Brought my sons for the first time and they enjoyed their stay.I hope to be back agsin next year!! Thanks!!

Everything was exactly as pictured. It's a great location with great views.I so all of the restaurants were closed and the food was a bit pricey on the beach but the property itself is great

Perfect spot

The views were amazing. Property overall was a little dated, but clean and nice. Well worth the price. The only downside was that the futons were dirty once you extended them for sleep, and there were no sheets to put on them.

The pictures of the property do not do this condo justice. It is an amazing space that is well taken care of with amazing views.The onsite staff are wonderful and nice. There is private access to the beach and sun loungers. The onsite restaurants and pool were closed during our stay but looked very nice. The only complaint is that the host did not return messages nor did they let the front staff know we were coming. They had to scramble to clean upon our arrival (we were even a day late due to flight delays). Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to have a quiet serene trip to PV.

My wife and I stayed for a long birthday vacation

The location, the property grounds & gardens are beautiful and the view of the bay was breathtaking. Would absolutely stay again. Unfortunately pool was closed for repairs & communication with owner a bit slow. Access to the beach was great to have. When a few items needed repairing the building staff were very helpful

Wonderful

Yes the view was Amazing, the pool and hot tub were great and we loved the on site restaurant. But we had a bad water leak from the master bathroom toilet and getting it fixed was frustrating. Got a maintenance guy to look at it after 3 days and he didn’t know what to do so my husband spent all afternoon fixing it. Closet doors falling off, no book to tell you how to use the washer/dryer and also the TV. Never got ahold of the owner until the end.

This was our 2nd time coming to this Condo. It’s such a wonderful and relaxing place to vacation. We love the 24 hour security and onsite restaurant. Walking from this location into the town of Mismaloya is not difficult and the two stores to get provisions are great! We love it here at this condo!!

The place and location was great. It was exactly as pictured.

The building is in a nice quiet location. It is an older condo building but is very well maintained and has all the amenities needed. We met many other people staying or living at the condo building in addition to the building staff and everyone was very pleasant. The pool, jacuzzi, tennis and sitting areas are wonderful. There is a fantastic restaurant within the condo that is open for lunch & dinner. We really enjoyed their food.The condo itself is very comfortable and accommodating with an amazing view of the bay and ocean. On many days we seen whales and dolphins from our balcony. We definitely plan to come back again as we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and we eat at the Mismaloya Grill every night. It’s always a treat to come back to the beach to visit Rocky / Roger and Tony. We would have stayed longer if our friends condo didn’t get cancelled.

Beautiful property, condo is clean and spacious.unbelievable views, lots of restaurants around on beach and in the village. It’s accessible and a great place to spend the week. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs, never too busy.Only complaint would be the bedroom. Bed is bouncy and uncomfortable. Hard to sleep if the person next to you moves even a little. Street noise is loud from bedroom so make sure you bring ear plugs or a white noise option. Otherwise that, had a beautiful stay!

This experience has changed our lives for the better and has been one of the most magical experiences of our lives. We will be back. Thank you so much!

Amazing location and unit. Well outfitted with dishes etc. Had to pick up a few things such as dish soap,and HE laundry soap, paper towels and some spices (lots of salt but no other spices). Beach towels provided and cleaner comes 2x per week. Snorkeling is best on the ledt side ftom the beach along the rocky shore. Saw lots of fish and a sea turtle twice. Out at the iguana pole at the end of the path there is a ton of anemones and it gets clearer.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Jolla for our 2 weeks. The condo and building inside and out were by far the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. The numerous staff were constantly cleaning, painting, and gardening. The condo itself was great, up until 3 days before we were leaving when a valve cracked inside the toilet tank in the master ensuite. We had got hold of the owner, and someone (not the condominium staff) was supposed to come and fix it, but no one showed up before we checked out. Luckily we had the 2nd bathroom, and the owner was kind enough to offer a one night refund. The bed and pillows weren’t great. The “couches” in the living room were awful. Super low and uncomfortable. I think they were trundle beds/ futons….?? The Mismaloya Grill Restaurant on site was a bonus. Excellent staff and fabulous food!! We ate there often. A small drawback is the all-inclusive right next door. We knew about this as we had stayed at the all-inclusive 6 years prior. Luckily only a few nights of crazy noise and music. The most annoying was the entertainment director screaming into the microphone during the day. Beautiful pool, met some wonderful people during our stay. Would definitely go back.

The stay was wonderful. The condo is about a 40 min drive from the airport, but the drive is worth it. Mismaloya is way quieter and less hectic than the resort area. The check in process was very easy. The people at the desk speak enough English to help with that process, but speaking even a little Spanish will help. The condo itself is a nice size. We had dinner on the balcony a few times, and the views are magnificent. Easy access to the beach, and the fact that it’s a less crowded area, made staying here very enjoyable. Definitely worth every cent.

My mom and I had had such a magical and beautiful vacation. From the location, to the people, the water, food, the flowers and birds and butterflies. It was magic. The view from the balcony was beyond words. Everything was so kind and helpful. We are planning on coming again next year!!!!!!

The view was amazing from the balcony & staff on site was courteous & helpful. Short walk to get down to the beach, & beautiful pool to relax at. The location is quite a ways from any convenience stores Or restaurants, so we had to Uber to any amenities which was a task. Definitely take Ubers over the taxis in front of the building, as the taxis were 5-8x the cost of Ubers. The cleanliness of the apartment was questionable as all the blankets on arrival did have extreme body odor to them, so we spent the first day washing all the sheets & towels. The apartment also had a heavy smell of mold/mildew so it should be noted & scheduled for a heavy cleaning & treatment if possible so future guests do not get sick. Also, the apartment did not any paper towels or dish soap for cleaning/dishes so either bring some yourself or maybe ask the property owner to provide them. I think the owner has an Amazing opportunity to upgrade the interior/amenities provided to make the stay more relaxing, but my stay was lackluster due to the amount of cleaning we had to do in order to be comfortable.

Our new favorite spot!! We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. Comfortable space with views that make you never want to leave. It was clean and had everything we needed. We hope we can come back soon.

Beautiful view, beach and places to eat were fairly accessible. If you're slightly clumsy, watch your shins on those futons. Needed to add an extra night to my original booking, went seamlessly.

We brought 2 granddaughters down as a high school graduation gift for the younger one. It was fabulous! The La Jolla de Mismaloya condos are a perfect place to stay with magnificent views, wonderful staff, and perfect location. This time of year you have few people to share the great pool area with then just a few steps further and you are on the soft sandy beach itself. Perfect! We kept very busy with zip lining, parasailing, snorkeling, and sienjoy the

We loved our stay!! The condo had everything we needed. It was great to go out to the balcony and see life on the water of Mismaloya. We fished off the paved walkway below the condos. We caught needlefish but enjoyed the fight of what we called mini Marlins... 😁The unit was clean and well maintained. Condo staff was welcoming and attentive. The pool was awesome! Nice and cool on those hot days. Private access to the beach which was really nice. We will definitely come back and stay here.
