Stayed Jun 20, 2025Awesome place to stay for a trip to Virginia Beach. Easy 10 minute walk to the board walk and beach. Lots of places close for eating and drinking. And Arica was great at communicating!

Stayed Aug 7, 2024We wanted a place near our son and his family and this was it. Loved the convenience to his place in Shadowlawn and to other nearby amenities like Bad Ass coffee and the Vibe district. Adjacent to a nice walking/biking trail as well and close to the beach.

Stayed May 2, 2024We would recommend and stay in this unit again. We found it clean, cozy, quiet, comfortable and close to restaurants and not far from the beach. The unit is on the second floor and has all the kitchen amenities you would need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nicely decorated with lots of shower water pressure. 5 Stars.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023Nice, clean, cozy apartment. About a 10 minute walk from the beach.Never even heard the neighbors. When we did see them, they were polite and nice to talk to. Overall an enjoyable experience. Was nice not to battle traffic after the fireworks were over!

Stayed Sep 5, 2022The condo location was literally 5min from the beach, and the neighborhood was very quiet. There are not many good dining options, but if you want to have some time to yourself and be in chill mode, I highly recommend it.
