All of the information before check-in was clear and concise. The amenities were excellent and everything was exactly like it was presented. We had a great time on Amelia Island and look forward to vacationing there again and we plan on staying in the penthouse. Thank so much.

Location is key and this condo hits all the marks. The beach is lovely and the Ritz Carlton is right next door. The management company recommended a company that delivered and picked up umbrellas and beach chairs which made walking out to the beach a breeze. We found many shark teeth and shells on our beachcombing walks. The condo has a stunning view of the ocean, and it was fun to look down into the dunes and see all the bunnies and gopher tortoises. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable for a family of four adults. We also walked over to the Ritz for some meals, and coffee in the morning. The Ritz has an off the chain spa that we spent a day at. If you get a treatment at the spa, you get all day access to their spa amenities including their private spa pool. Ocean Place was just what we all needed to have a relaxing, carefree trip. We will definitely be coming back!

This unit is beautiful and well-stocked with a gorgeous ocean view. Unfortunately, while we were there, the building was being painted which included heavy, beeping machinery as well as the nearest pool being closed. This was out of the control of the owners of the unit and they were sympathetic to our disappointment. While it is great to update the building and keep it looking fresh, June isn’t the month to do that. We couldn’t enjoy peace and quiet on the balcony and the extra long walk to the beach with a 2 year old was difficult. Other than that, this is a great unit with a great location!

We enjoyed the location and view of this property. The condo was as described and felt spacious. The kitchen wasn’t quite as stocked and we had hoped but I believe most people probably don’t cook while here. The essentials are there for sure. The freezer and then fridge went out towards the end of our stay which was a bummer. The beach and pool weren't crowded at all which was surprising for late June. Master bath was spacious and water pressure and temp were great as well. Plenty of space inside for our boys to play as well.

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we loved our stay at Ocean Place. It's a quiet and close location to the beach. It was the perfect walk for me to the Ritz Carlton where I attended a conference. My kids loved the pool and going back and forth from the beach. The house was great and very updated. Excellent bathrooms and space for all of our things. It's hard to have anything negative to say, but there were two minor things that would improve the quality of our stay. This is all personal preference, but my husband and I prefer a softer mattress. And wished there was cable tv in the master bedroom. Again those are minor things that didn't detract from our stay. We would definitely come back and stay in the same place!

Attended a wedding at the Ritz, great location, nicely decorated, only thing that needs attention is the front door needs some more weather stripping. The wind whistles through the door constantly. Everything else was perfect ?
