Lime Tide Retreat - Oceanfront Stay w/ Pool & Views!

My husband and I loved staying here, and we plan to come again in the autumn. We were able to safely ride our tandem bike out to eat and for picnics in Fort Fisher. You can walk easily to Fort Fisher, too.The beach is literally just off the balcony, and we enjoyed meals at the table on the balcony and hours reading and thinking about nothing at all in the big hanging basket chair. Of real importance to me, as someone who writes and studies obscure things for fun, there was a desk with a comfy chair and fantastic light. Speaking of lighting, there were great lamps for reading and other projects throughout this beautiful beach condo. This is often a complaint when we stay in other places, that I don't have enough light to read, write, and paint.The kitchen made my chef husband very happy! It had everything a cook might need, including kitchen scissors. The king-sized bed had a great mattress, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was heavenly.

The place was beautiful. The kids enjoyed being so close to the ocean. The waves crashing at night was relaxing to listen to while sitting on the couch. We enjoyed how close to Fort Fisher the condo was since we liked to go for walks.

Fantastic condo! Check in process was easy and straightforward. The layout of the condo is impressively stylish. The floors were somewhat wet, perhaps the cleaners just cleaned the place before our arrival. The main rug in the living area still had quite a lot of sand but other than that, our stay went smoothly! Not to mention, the location is absolutely amazing, overlooking the ocean. Communication was easy with the host who answered all our questions patiently and in a timely manner!

The Lime tide was as presented on VRBO. Great location and views. The owner is very quick to respond and pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay again!

Everything with this trip was perfect.

Condo is clean and spacious; decor is bright, welcoming, modern. Linens and beds are comfy, kitchen was decently stocked. The constant sound of the waves, the private deck hanging right over them as tides come and go (feels like you're on a boat), and the direct view of sunrise made it all perfect.
