Stayed Jun 11, 2026This condo is in a great location. The first thing you see from the balcony is a naturalized area, then some sand dunes leading to the beach, then the beach and the water. You can enjoy the sunset and the cargo ships right from your balcony, which is equipped with fans for a guaranteed breeze. If you like to sit outside, the balcony is very pleasant in both the morning and evening because the sun does not bake the balcony at either time. We loved that you can walk right to the beach. There is a boardwalk leading to the beach in close proximity to the condo. The boardwalk changes into a grassy path, then to a sandy one, taking you to a family-friendly, quiet, uncrowded beach. The entire resort is quiet and well-kept. The buildings are older, but the complex and condo had everything we needed. We rented bicycles and had them delivered right to our parking spot, which is covered. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. We loved Tybee and loved this location and condo!

Stayed Apr 23, 2026View was amazing and easy to get to the beach. Unit is a bit older and shows some signs of that. Neighbors upstairs were loud the last night. Enjoyed the deck, easy access to beach. When upstairs unit wasn't occupied, it was a very peaceful place.

Stayed Sep 10, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the breeze watching the cargo ships coming and going, especially in the morning. We always love our Tybee trips!

Stayed Jun 24, 2025Thoughtfully and beautifully furnished condo. Each bedroom had a king bed. The main bedroom had deck access and water views while the second bedroom could be converted into a private retreat with its own full bathroom. The best part was that the deck ran the full length of the condo with gorgeous unobstructed views of the natural dunes and ocean. Additional benefit is the direct access to the more private North Beach.

Stayed May 18, 2024Stayed with my two adult daughters for a few days. Different area we have never been here before. We enjoyed the beach and calmness of the water. It is quite a long walk to the beach though if you have any limitations which we do not. Overall really nice place to stay though.
