Life's a Beach 1 block from beach, pier and inlet boardwalk.

Enjoyed our stay. It was out of season so it was pretty quiet. Short walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants.

Great place to stay and the host was great to communicate. The host even recommended a restaurant for us.

We came down for an anniversary get away. Erics place was astonishingly clean and up to date. We loved the location and will definitely stay again!

Cozy & clean space. Located a short walk to the beach public access. Bar next door had live music on an outside stage which we enjoyed in person & later from our balcony. Restaurants/bars in walking distance. My husband & I enjoyed our stay.

this condo was perfect for a July 4th holiday at the beach. walking distance of the beach, pier and local bars/restaurants. nice pool and hot tub at the condo complex. room was well appointed with all you could possibly need.

Had my best friend fly in town from Ohio so we grabbed this place to be closer to the beach. Eric was wonderful with communication on everything. The condo is in a perfect location for the beach, restaurants and night life.
