“Michael” is a magnificent third floor condo that is nestled in the dunes at the secluded northern end of Wrightsville Beach in Duneridge Resort. This ornate condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lavish décor and offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the private ocean front deck! Relax in a chaise lounge by the poolside or play a few matches on the community tennis court. The wide, white sandy beach, accessed by a walkway is one of the most beautiful on theisland.

The spacious open living and dining area gives way to a galley kitchen that is equipped with a laundry room. Ceiling to floor mirrors on the dining room wall creates a live action mural of the ocean beyond. Just of the great room is the stately primary suite complete with a kind sized bed. The bed frame is carved wood with marble inlay detail. Truly a bed fit for a king! The primary suite also offers a private bathroom with a shower tub combo, flat screen television, and sweeping ocean views.

Near the entry door you will find two guest rooms and a full bathroom located in the hallway that services these two rooms. The first guest room offers a king-sized bed, while the other guest room provides versatility by providing two full sized beds.

Take a stroll along the water’s edge to Mason’s Inlet to the north where exclusive Figure Eight Island is a stone’s throw away. Whether you are interested in a plethora of amenities or just looking for a quiet place to escape to the coastline - “Michael” is sure to provide the vacation getaway that you have been craving.

Stay Restrictions: Flexible arrivals in summer with a 3-night minimum stay. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Recap: 2 King, 2 Full.
Parking: Two reserved parking spaces are available under the building.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, Mail or Packages being sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. The Duneridge complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.

    This was a very good location and a beautiful overall property with a nice pool and private beach access. It felt secluded but was still close to everything and we would definitely visit again.

    Such a comfortable place to stay!! We loved every minute and will be back for sure! Well stocked with kitchen tools, my only recommendation is to bring your own coffee maker. The one they had there was not ready for prime time, and there were no coffee filters, which you wouldn't typically bring because the type needed is different depending on the style of the machine. I suggest updating the photo to show there are only two patio chairs, but they do have some extra foldable chairs in the closet that were helpful! The beds were so comfy, and great pillows - such a nice place!!!

    Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The view is wonderful (can watch the sun and full moon rise over the water!) and the porch is fantastic. However, there are some needed updates. When we tried to do a load of laundry, our clothes came out covered in sand every time (and we didn't put the sand in there) and there were even rust stains from the rusted washer drum so the washing machine really needs replacing. Also, the shower doors had disgusting black mold all around the bottom seams and behind the handles. So the shower doors also need replacing. Everything else was great and if those two things were updated we would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived the shower knob in the master bathroom was sitting on the sink. We immediately called and reported the issue. A technician arrived a few hours later and replaced the shower knob. Also we were aware we needed paper towels and other paper products. However we were surprised the bathrooms only had a half of a roll in each. With 8 women, we easily ran out the first day. We just assumed housekeeping would ensure there was a new roll in each bathroom. (The kitchen had paper towels and cleaning products which was great)The bathrooms should be deep cleaned. There is a lot of mold in both bathrooms especially in the tub/shower and on the shower doors. The sink in master bathroom has a lot of dirt and grime in and around it. The carpet is in dire need of a cleaning. There are stains and spots all over. The balcony furniture is extremely outdated and falling apart. The pictures of the balcony furniture is not a true depiction of what is in the unit. There are two chairs at the table and one lounger. The cushions are very old and dirty. I remember reading a review last year and someone mentioned the same thing about the balcony furniture. Overall the condo is very nice, the appliances worked, the linens were clean and the tv worked. I feel with a good deep clean and updated balcony furniture this unit would definitely be a 5 star. Since the main issues are cosmetic this can easily be corrected.
