Las Palmas Resort Condo w/ Amazing Views

We have stayed in this complex numerous times but this specific unit was disappointing. It had a really bad smell that was almost unbearable. The carpets were very stained. There were earwigs crawling around in both bathtubs and the shower curtains were mildewed. Also, both bathtubs were surrounded with full mirrors all around. That was uncomfortable. There were some positives as well. The beds were comfortable enough and there were enough furnishings. It was just really hard to get over the smell in there.

Great place to stay with lots to do and plenty of space. Unit was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Owners were fabulous to communicate with. Las Palmas overall is a fairly dated complex, but for the price and the space it’s a great value!

It was great , it is a little older style but it was fine for what we needed it for , the beds are pretty firm and the pillows in master bedroom where so stiff I would recommend bringing your own . The pool is our favorite and we live the location of the las palms it’s very close to everything you need , the view to this property was great , it was a little messy on the patio left over food on the ground and table also the house had been sitting and was super stuffy so we had to air it out the first few days ac lacks a lot ! We still had an enjoyable time glad it wasn’t hot .

Quite place and clean. Enjoyed our stay for a business trip. Easy to get to restaurants and grocery store. There was an elevator so we did not have to carry our luggage up stairs. Parking was easy as well. The view from the back patio was beautiful. Would definitely recommend the stay here.

Place was okay. The carpet was quite dirty and needs cleaning. Toilet in hall is very slow to flush and took multiple flushing to work. Overall was good but needs some upkeep and painting.

For the most part the facility worked well for our stay. The toilet in themain bathroom didn't flush very well. It seemed like it was patially plugged. Would be nice if there were instructions how tp program tbe thermostat. Some times it was too warm and other times was too cold. Tried to reprogram but didn't seem to be easy to do. When we first walked in the apartment had a musty spell.

This was made into an amazing trip because of this particular condo we rented! It is spacious, clean, TONS of amenities that are nice touches (floor fan, sound machine, soft bedding, comfy beds, etc) my only complaint was the knives, they were a bit dull and it was difficult using them which is a bit dangerous, but even that being said, I will definitely be coming back to this Vrbo in the future. The owners were incredibly responsive and thoughtful.

Great size for a family.

The place was nice and roomie and plenty of options to go swimming playing games. Location was great close to places in the freeway to get around. I will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at this desert oasis. The place was very clean and had all the accommodations anyone could want. It was within very close distance to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back again and will stay here.

This place was a great base camp. We explored St George and the surrounding area during the mornings and early afternoons then came back and cooled off in the pools. Perfect

Great communication and super close to Nets on fire where my daughter attended basketball camp. Loved using the patio and pool area.

Property is outdated but was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. The property was close to town. Check-in and check out were very simple. Would stay here again.

Condo was as advertised. Home was nice and cool with great views and great amenities. The gym is better than one you’d find at a hotel. Above average amount selection of weights and machines. Some of the machines could use some maintenance. Pools were nice and deck chairs were available. Free wifi and parking. Beds were comfortable. Condo as large living spaces (larger than I expected) and big bedrooms. Only down was a musty smell when you enter, but you get used to it very quickly. I would rent again

Pools and hot tubs way too crowded. Kitchen not well stocked. Deck was nice. Grill needs to be replaced or cleaned good, huge grease fire when we tried to use it.

One of the more affordable condos with comfy beds. place is dated & smells a bit musty. it would be nice to have some air freshener plug ins. We met friends there who traveled from Europe & git in a little early which we appreciated! . Didn't use the pool facilities because of time. The balcony was the only part that was not clean. grill was greasy & outside carpet needed swept or vacumned. We still gad a nice stay though.

We were in town for a sports tournament. The condo was safe and comfortable and had kitchen basics, but was definitely dated. The showers don’t have much water pressure. The carpet badly needs replaced.

The overall complex is nice. This condo needs a serious update. The carpets are filthy. There is a distinct old, musty smell throughout. Couches are dated, worn, and smelly. The owners haven’t put any effort into keeping this condo nice and comfortable. Poor experience.

Liked the property and the location

The location is awesome and easy to find! Property is Amazing and the kids had a great time at the pool! Unit could use a little updating, the showers heads need changed but definitely did not take away from it being a great place to stay! Would stay again!

This place had everything we needed. It is close to the main pools and activities. Our kids had a great time and I’m sure we’ll be back to Las Palmas in the future.
