Las Palmas Resort- 4 bedrooms - Sleeps 12 - Beautiful view and spacious

Clean, comfortable beds, excellent views from the patio, and easy access.

Plenty of room for a small get together.

Bedding is stained, needs some deep cleaning like in the corners and such. Need a hot tub at the big main pool with the slides. The chairs/loungers at the pool are not comfortable at all and some are broken. The blinds are terrible in the bedrooms and many are broken, they don’t keep the light out at all.

The unit was spacious and comfortable for our group of friends traveling together. It has a good location and a nice view. We appreciated the easy parking and elevator to bring up our suitcases.

We loved our stay!! Elora was responsive and super helpful. The resort is super fun and the location of this condo was fantastic. The only thing we didn’t love was the pull out sofa. It was uncomfortable so when coming again I wouldn’t rely on someone sleeping there. Great place I wouod highly recommend overall!

Good unit with a great view

Host was very pleasant and quick to get back with any questions I had. The area has great pools and parks for the kids and the condo also has some games to play with the family! Overall great experience.

We had a group of 10 that was staying here and we were grateful for the space to land while we were road tripping. Master bed is a dream to sleep on. Absolutely loved the sheets. And loved having the big bathroom to get ready in with my young children. The pullout sofa in the living room is not sleep able. It had food and trash all over it when we pulled it out, to which our 17 year still just tried to throw a blanket over it all and sleep on it but the bed would not hold him. (He’s 180 lbs). He ended up sleeping on the ground. So did our 13 year old as the double bunk top didn’t feel sturdy enough for him and our younger children all piled together in the bottom bunk. All the other bedrooms were awesome though. The AC also had a terrible whistling that kept going off so we ultimately turned it off (it is March) so we could sleep. It would be a problem in warmer months though. All in all though….we camped our family overnight for around 350? And I’d still do it again for the price. Was a great pass through but wouldn’t stay for a long while. Great for the price though.

We loved this property. We stayed at this same resort last year at a different unit but the size of this unit fit our family a lot better. Our kids love coming her because of the skating rink and ninja warrior place on the property

The view of the valley was amazing from our balcony. It was spacious and had an overall feeling of roominess.I'd suggest brighter lighting. The price was very reasonable for how many guests it can accommodate.

The host was so easy to communicate with and although the property itself is older, the interior is thoughtfully designed. It took us a second to find the laundry.

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, watching the sunrise in the morning was the highlight of our stay. The décor was lovely, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very prompt, as well as the signage and directions posted inside the property- all above expectation. However, while the renovations make the space feel pleasant and updated, the whole resort is older and a bit run down. Inside the condo, corners were definitely cut, especially where water is involved. We found mold in the grout of the guest bathroom, which also had a strong odor we couldn’t eliminate, so we closed it off the first day. The master sinks drained poorly, and the fixtures and grout throughout desperately need updating. The blinds were also tricky to operate. There also may be signs of previous water damage. The pillows on the bed were way too fluffy for a comfortable neck position. We ended up leaving a night early due the smell and mold. That said, the location, décor, communication, and incredible view made parts of our stay genuinely enjoyable. With a few small improvements, this could easily be a 4-star property—but for now, it’s a nice budget stay with a million-dollar view.

Very nice property. The whole house was perfect. But our favorite part was the back patio/balcony. The views were amazing! We ate dinner out there every night. It was so peaceful. Owners were very responsive and pleasant. The kitchen came stocked with all the kitchenware for our group of ten. There was plenty of space. Will definitely book again next year!

This was a really great place to stay while we took our girls trip to Tuacahn this summer. The place was clean, comfortable, and the perfect hang out between activities. And Elora was great to reach out to when we had a question. We absolutely plan to come again!

Great place for family stay. Older condo however it's very clean and kept nice. Enjoyed Las Palmas and the extra room in this condo.

We enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas Resort. The condominium was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The condo also had a quiet back deck with a nice view. The pools were great for the kids, and our group had fun there. We'll definitely be staying there again in the future.

Excellent location and great amenities. Lots of beds and space so this was perfect for our team to stay the night after finishing Ragnar Zion and before making our long drive back home to AZ.

The location was next to a number of parks and places for us to play with kids. We had 8 of us with three kids and the place was perfect.

Nice and clean, No coffee in the house when we arrived is about my only complaint. Pleanty of towels. Barbaque had propane but I was told it had none and I brought my own propane so we could use the barbaque. Everythig was great and I would recommend this a a nice place to stay.

We loved staying at the Mansion at Las Palmas. The unit has been updated and was very clean and spacious. Instructions were clear for check-in/out and we didn't have any issues, so cannot give feedback as those services were not needed. Will stay again with our family of 7.

We stay at Las Palmas a couple times a year. This is one of the nicer units we have stayed in. It overlooks the bluff. Comfortable accommodations, clean, and spacious. We enjoy the multiple pools, hot tubs, and recreation. The road runner outside is a favorite of ours! Would definitely stay again!

Our family had a quick stop here on our way to California. It was a great spot to stop to get our energy out and enjoy the amenities!

I have stayed in many Las Palmas units before, this was the worst one ever. It is obvious the owners put very little into updates; bathrooms are old with poorly draining toilets, sinks and tubs, rusty shower rods, missing closet handles, wrinkles in carpet, cracked mirrors, sliding doors don't work and paint or cabinets is chipped. We found dirt inside drawers and cupboards. Ice maker didn't work, but no ice cube trays, We booked a two week stay for 7 people, but there were very few towels or hangers. Initially, only 3 of us were there, so after two days before the other 4 arrived, I sent an email politely listing issues we had found to address. Management did bring more towels and hangers and sent a handyman to change porch light and try to clean drains (didn't work). When we later found no sheets for the fold-out couch and messaged the host, we got a curt response that they couldn't supply them. After I messaged again that the sink still didn't drain and wifi wasn't working (it was a password problem), I got a call from the manager who told me I was one of the worst and most demanding guests she'd ever had. In a relatively long conversation where she made excuses and tried to shame me for expecting a standard service, she even called my email communication violent (VRBO can review my emails to refute that) I finally hung up. I have never had a complaint about me from a VRBO host, and have never been treated by a host with such disdain and disrespect. We spent more than $

This property is in a very great location. Plenty of space and lots of room for a larger parties. Although our party was just a party of three this time.

Location is close to several state parks. You will never run out of things to do. Resort has tons of activities. Plenty of space for eating and sleeping. Huge deck. Would love to stay here again to enjoy St George!
