Las Palmas Resort 124, Mesa Views, Accepts Nightly & Monthlies, Grill, and fully stocked kitchen

According to the Las Palmas site, this is a resort. The site shows beautiful pictures of pools and landscaping that are misleading and false. There are two small pools, but they don't live up to the pictures. Expect a condo experience. To be fair, the room was clean and comfortable, but we paid too much for what we got.

We were not given any instruction for check in until we called once we had arrived. Also, When booking a property with a cleaning fee, I would expect that we would walk into a clean unit from the previous renter. On the surface, it looked clean BUT there were so many areas of built up dust. We had to get something that had fallen under the bed and it was SO DIRTY! We had an 18 month old who had dirty feet from walking around in the unit. I tried posting photos but kept getting an error that my photos are invalid ??We stay at Las Palmas frequently in different units. This time we were a little disappointed with the clubhouse (which is NOT a reflection on the condo owner) but wanted to mention that as well. No working toilets in the women’s bathroom. The outside drinking fountain was not working. The drink station had more than half of their drinks out of order. For a busy and HOT Memorial weekend it seemed a little crazy. The water amenities were great for kids and families though.

The unit was lovely. The pool was amazong.

The condo is great for 2 people, althoigh it is small and the balcony is very small when you also have your mtn bikes stores there. The street noise is loud at times as the balcony faces it.

Everything we needed was there. Nice and comfortable for us. Would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were perfect very well taken care of everything that you needed and just real Homie we will definitely be back using this for a place to stay while we are searching for an office for our business again thanks to you and your whole team for providing a perfect place to stay I greatly appreciate it

The condo and resort property overall were very nice, but a little dated/worn and definitely need some renovations. All property employees and management staff I spoke with were friendly and very helpful. For the price and the short visit (1week), it was a great choice. Highly recommend.

This was a great property and fit our needs. We were in town for a high school marching band competition and was perfect for what we needed.

The apartment had a nice view and was a great place to rest at night. The pool at Las Pammas is very nice so be sure and take time to utilize. The location to everything (I-15, Santa Clair, Dixie, Utah Tech) is great. Lots of good places to eat.
