Welcome to one of the most sought-after homes in Las Palmas Resort, located in sunny St. George, Utah. This spacious and beautifully maintained three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers everything you need for a memorable getaway with family or friends.



Inside, you'll enjoy an open-concept layout, and a spacious deck that overlooks the Las Palmas clubhouse and pool complex—the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset. The home is fully furnished and features:

Guest Access:

Access to six swimming pools, Las Palmas pools as well as The Hub Clubhouse, pools and amenities. The Hub has several swimming pools including indoor and outdoor pools, diving pool, children`s pool, and hot tubs. Other amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, splash pad, ping-pong tables, shuffleboard, full workout facilities which includes free weights, circuit training machines, elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, etc.

St. George is easy to navigate, and having your own vehicle is highly recommended for getting around and exploring the area. While SunTran (the city’s bus system) offers limited routes, most visitors prefer the flexibility of driving, especially for day trips and outdoor adventures.



Uber and Lyft are available, though wait times can vary—especially during busy weekends, holidays, or evenings. Taxis are limited but can be arranged in advance.



St. George is perfectly located for exploring Southern Utah’s iconic destinations. Approximate drive times to nearby attractions:



Zion National Park – 1 hour (40 miles)



Bryce Canyon National Park – 2 hours 15 minutes (140 miles)



Grand Canyon (North Rim) – 2 hours 30 minutes (120 miles)



Las Vegas, Nevada – 1 hour 45 minutes (120 miles)



St. George typically enjoys mild winters and hot, dry summers. If you're planning to visit higher elevations like Cedar Breaks or Brian Head, be prepared for winter driving conditions in colder months.





Free parking is available on-site, and most major attractions in and around St. George have accessible parking as well.

    The place itself was fine- outdated, sure, but it was fine. The communication from the management company was all off VRBO- including the payment, which kinda seemed sketchy to me. I think the bigger issue was when we called 5 minutes prior to showing up (for on time check in) to get our check in information that we missed, and as I was hanging up, she mentioned that the cleaner needed to run by to pick up a few things. We didn't know that meant the whole place still needed to be clean. It would have been nice to know more in advance that they were behind on cleaning more than just a couple minutes before checking in. Especially since there is a 25 per hour fee to check in early, but no compensation for not being able to check in on time. It says it sleeps 8 because of the sofa bed but it is not a sofa bed- it is just a sofa that can be used as a bed, I guess? It was for 2 small children, so that wasn't too bad. But keep that in mind that it is not an actual bed.

    The property hasn't been maintained very well. The door had to be manhandled to open, window crank stripped and unable to be opened/closed. Air vent was filthy. Old dresser in bedroom closet too wide for door, so constantly fighting to try to use it. Unit smelled like smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking, when owner contacted about that, she denied any smoking. Unit was a mess on check in, cleaners still on site and had to be called back to clean more areas. Plumber was fixing toilet - told it couldn't be used for 24hours - 3 couples using 1 bathroom which was in the master bedroom! We killed 2 cockroaches. Not enough supplies even for the weekend promised - no dish detergent, tissues. 1 tiny dish cloth. Unit advertised to sleep 8 - 4 chairs on deck and 1 filthy broken lounger. Wi-fi spotty to non-existent for first week. Finally fixed for last 3 days. When asked to be re-imbursed for unsatisfactory service, we were offered a free night for future stay.. needless to say, we'll never use 2nd Home again! We've stayed in other units in this complex and never had this many issues. This was certainly not up to our VRBO standards.
