Large beach condo w/ beach access, shared pool & balcony - walk to the beach

Great location, comfortable beds, good set up, clean unit, & close to beach access & restaurants. Only issue we had was the on-going construction that was as loud as a jet engine

This condo has plenty of space for family, friends, and luggage. The location is great as it is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment.

This beautiful three bedroom/ three bathroom condo was very spacious for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. It was a very easy walk across the street to the beach and The Back Porch restaurant. There were two pools, one beachfront, and one in front of the condo. The one in front of the condo was huge and had a zero entry children’s side with a mushroom style fountain to play under. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had everything that we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We did have an issue initially getting into the condo at check in due to the door code not working. This took four phone calls and a couple of hours to resolve through Vacasa because the lobby/ front desk wasn’t able to be reached (due to Covid I’m guessing). It was eventually reset and we were able to access the condo for the rest of the stay. A few other areas need to be looked into. The carpets were very dirty and in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. One area of carpet in one bedroom was pulling up, which was a trip hazard. The couch was also in need of a good cleaning. The dryer probably needs a new start switch as we had trouble getting it to run at first each time. The televisions were a challenge to turn on and get the cable going each time. We had to unplug and plug them in again a few times before they would work. Despite the initial check in and a few minor issues , it was a very nice stay and we would definitely go again!

We had 2 adults and three older teens. The location is ideal. Quick walk to pool, beach, candy shop and a restaurant. Quick drive to grocery, Walmart, liquor stores etc. the Publix grocery store makes awesome sub sandwiches, we rented a pontoon boat and went to Crab Island for the day, we grilled at the gas grills down by the pool, went to the Harbor for shops, meals and live music at night, great Mexican food at Pepitos, good meals at the Back Porch. Tips: Restaurants get busy starting at 5pm. Some had 2 hour waits! Wish I had known we needed to bring beach towels (we bought some at Walmart). And the condo was well supplied with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. But has NO other supplies. You’ll need TP, paper towels, and if you cool you’ll need everything: oil, seasonings, foil, coffee, filters, They give you enough D/W and laundry and dish soap for a day or two . Just need to prepare for a trip to the grocery if you’re staying for a week! Really great condo. Comfy beds, clean. Would recommmend.

Clean property, great views! Perfect for larger families looking to go to the beach. Would book again!

Amazing view, location, and vaction get away.

Short walk to beach and shopping. Room was spacious and very clean. Will be coming back for another stay.

Room very big and having a bathroom for each bedroom a major plus.

Very nice unit and the grounds are well maintained. 7th time at Sterling Shores and will return. The TV in the back bedroom needs upgrading and all the pillows in the unit need replaced. Very nice furnishings and the decor is lovely. Very well stocked re kitchen, start up items and loved the abundance of towels! For a party of 8 this unit was perfect! Lots of room and more than enough seating! I highly recommend and will book this unit again if available!
