Stayed Mar 10, 2024Great location and incredible balcony with sounds and sights of the ocean. Sliders off master bedroom and living room. Very responsive and personable staff. No steps to the beach.

Stayed Feb 19, 2023The property was having the roof repaired/replaced so there was a lot of noise during the day. Washer and Dryer were not in the unit but available on the our level (coin operated). Weather was almost perfect for our week. The beach area was well kept and the water was great.

Stayed Feb 5, 2023The proximity to the beach is great. The best feature of the condo was the large screened balcony with a view of the ocean. We were on the third floor facing northeast and could view an expanse of beach. I would recommend staying on third floor or above to enjoy that view. We enjoyed watching the pelicans and saw playful dolphins in the ocean as we enjoyed our breakfast or happy hour on the balcony. The kitchen and baths had been updated and hot water was abundant. The host communicated readily about inquiries. I would have appreciated knowing there was roof replacement work going on as there were days with noisy periods and debris falling from the work. Luckily, the workers had not gotten to our side of the building during our stay. The interior looked to be freshly painted. The deck chairs could use some refreshing and the furniture and king size bed were semi-comfortable. The tvs also need updating. One did not function, the main bedroom tv’s picture was bad and the sound was poor on the living room one. The wifi was inconsistent. This was a last minute find for us and for the price paid, we could go elsewhere for a month.
