This condo is PET-FRIENDLY for ONE pooch weighing NO MORE than 25 POUNDS who is quiet, flea-free, non-chewing and reliably house-trained with a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee of $100.00.

This large (1250+ sq ft) two bedroom, two full-bath condo provides everything Gulf Shores has to offer! This unit, located directly on Little Lagoon, has a large private balcony that can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room. All rooms offer direct lagoon views. Enjoy sunsets either from the balcony or the 3 large windows in the living area. There is assigned, covered parking for one vehicle under the building and access to overflow parking areas for one additional car/boat/trailer (max - 2 vehicles per unit). Parking fee is $40.00 per vehicle for your stay. Renters of this unit will also have access to a private, locked storage closet on the ground floor to store beach and fishing supplies so you don't have to haul your gear upstairs. There are also beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, noodles, etc. in the closet for your use. You can keep in touch with family & friends or even get a little work done with our secure-access, free wireless internet service available in the unit.

Sea Oats Condominium provides private beach access over a wooden boardwalk (with shower) to our Association-owned beach front lot, making the Gulf of Mexico just a short walk across a quiet two lane road. This family-friendly, pet-friendly complex also boasts a boat launch and numerous boat slips, covered piers for fishing, fish cleaning stations, a large gazebo with three grills for outdoor cooking and picnic tables for outdoor dining. Sea Oats also has two very large outdoor pools and two kiddie pools.

UNIT FEATURES:
The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed with pillow-top mattress set. There are 2 side tables, lamps and flat-screen tv with cable in the master. You will also find a private master bathroom with separate vanity area. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a side table with a lamp and a flat-screen tv with cable. Directly across the hallway from the second bedroom, you will find the second full bath.

The living room has a loveseat, comfy recliner and queen-size sleeper sofa with a 4-inch memory foam mattress. You will enjoy watching a DVD or your favorite cable show on the flat panel TV. There is also a stereo/CD player in the living room.

The dining area has a large table, 4 chairs, bench seating and 2 bar stools so the whole gang can sit down and enjoy meals together.

KITCHEN:
In our unit, you will find a fully equipped kitchen sure to fulfill all of your cooking needs. There’s a full size refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. You'll also find dishes, glassware, eating and cooking utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, storage containers, drip-style coffee pot, toaster, mixer, can opener, and, most importantly of all, a blender to make your stay in Paradise a little more relaxed!

Upon arrival you will find 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 laundry packet, 1 dishwasher tab, dishwashing liquid, and 1 garbage bag to get you started. Bath linens, bed linens and blankets are provided and a full size washer/dryer is conveniently located in the unit for your use. You only need to bring your beach towels.

RENTAL INFORMATION:
An initial 50% payment is due upon booking to secure your requested dates. Remaining 50% payment is due 60 days prior to check-in.
Damage Deposit (up to $200.00) - will only be charged within 14 days after departure to cover any damages which occurred during stay, re-keying of door locks due to missing keys or late departure after 10 AM.
Cleaning Fee - $150.00
Lodging Tax - 16%
Parking Fee - $40.00 per vehicle; 2 vehicles max; please state number of vehicles when requesting booking
Pet Fee - $100, non-refundable for 1 dog NO Smoking inside unit
Must be 25 years of age to sign Rental Agreement

    It was pretty good! Could have been a little cleaner but it was ok! About every pillow case had blood stains on it which is gross! But all and all is was ok

    We had a great stay! The property was in a great location, clean, and quiet. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was easy getting to the fields. We had a great time at the pools and fishing off the dock. The beach is a short walk across the street. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thanks for a great week!

    The location was great - loved being close to the bay and walking distance to a private beach. Beds could be updated - mattresses were ok. Wi-Fi didn't work but we leveraged the neighborhood one. Porch light didn't work, outdoor porch fans were rusty, and the master porch door was rusted out/hard to open. The price was in our budget - hard to pass. Overall our family had a great time.

    For my 67th birthday my husband surprised me and my 87 yr old mother, also our little dog, with a 5 day stay. Our view was wonderful and calming. The fishing is great. You can see them jump. Very clean and a very short walk to private beach. Over all experience was 5 stars. I wpuld go back. One more detail i forgot is , a blue heron named Walter. He lives on the dock, he is always there. Lol

    Overall, a nice unit. Was clean, and the bay view was beautiful. The unit is a bit bare bones compared to other places we have stayed, and our party made mention of the beds all being pretty uncomfortable. But overall a decent condo, and one I would potentially rent again.

    Nice location, quick 5 minute walk to beach. Great fishing on the property docks on Little Lagoon. Just a short drive to all that downtown has to offer.

    Great Gulf Shores Condo In the quieter area, but close enough to everything. Great beach access and nice pools. Very comfortable and clean condo with plenty of room.
