This was a great stay and I would stay here again.

We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home! Everything we needed was there upon our arrival, including a very comfortable bed and pillows! You can't the location. Just about everything we did was less than an hour walking distance. Never felt unsafe with their building security. We will definitely bok with them again!

Our stay was fantastic! The property was very well appointed and very clean and spacious. The owners were very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for something along music row. Conveniently had a trolley stop nearby that would make it easy to enjoy the Nashville City tour. This is a great location!

Easy check-in and check-out, great coffee shop just around the corner and very walkable to the music district. Large unit and very clean. Water in shower get very hot but little water pressure for the wonderful huge shower. Nice kitchen though we really did not use it much as we were only there for 2 days. Would definitely stay there again if we go back.

Our stay was excellent. The condo is very clean and spacious, and the checkin/checkout process couldn't have been easier. The location is fantastic as well, with easy access to many of the great Nashville attractions. Highly recommended!

Lacey was beyond communicative and made the process so easy. Everything lived up to our hopes for Nashville! Location was in prime location next to a lot of music history (which is a huge plus). Everything was very walkable to get to main locations (no more than 10-20 min walks or 5 min drives) and would definitely recommend it for anyone thinking of visiting Nashville!

This place is a great find in Nashville. Super walkable to everything, even downtown(1.5 miles max). Apartment was spotless and has all the amenities necessary. Everything was seamless and any questions we had were answered immediately. Coffee close and restaurants everywhere. We will stay here next time we go to Nashville. Thanks for everything

Beautiful condo. Very clean and well appointed. Parking is kinda a mess as poles to contended with and others park over lines making it tight.The lights flickered all the time in the bathroom and coukd cause issues Yao folks sensitive to that. Hot water for shower was hit or miss and had two days of just tepid warmth.Remote for tv was cumbersome and needs an upgrade.But those were minor concerns. Hosts were fantastic and condo was beautiful. I scored total 4, but only because of hot water issue, other than that solid 5!

Tastefully decorated and close to everything

The apartment is very nice, clean, and easy check in. Accessible to most places with Uber or Lyft which we used a lot mostly because parking around the city is difficult. There are two coffee shops and one restaurant within 2 or 3 blocks, but other than that it's a ride.

The property was very clean and centrally located. The property manager was extremely responsive. The condo was very clean. I would stay there again

The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood, exactly what we were looking for. About a five min walk to midtown cafe for a great breakfast before we started our day. We felt safe enough to walk the neighborhood day or night. A little bit out of the way of downtown. Def catch the trolly the first day to situate yourself before you explore on your own. We would stay again.

Close enough to go downtown in the District, yet far enough away to not hear all the loudness! Condo was beautiful inside! Pool was perfect! The security was top notch with codes needed to get inside condo! Condo spotless and full of everything you could need! Couldn’t have been any more perfect for us!

This space is large, well maintained, has every amenity you would need AND access to the coolest pool around! I love staying around music row, but this has been my favorite spot so far. Plus Lacey is a great communicator. If this condo is open during your stay in Nashville… your search is over!

This apartment is exactly as pictured and so comfortable! The property was a perfect spot for a getaway for my husband and I. Music, restaurants, coffee and bars in walking distance was a huge plus. We hopped on a couple of scooters and rode down to Broadway for a bit. The Gulch was a short walk away to browse and window shop. We’ll be sure to rebook for our next trip to Nashville :) Thank you so much!

Conveniently located at end of music row, very close to downtown. The unit is decorated well, spacious & has many amenities not often seen in a VRBO. I can only say nice things about INSIDE the unit. However, outside the unit has some issues. The listing states GUITAR Pool as a main feature. The owner was made aware on Monday of glass broken in the pool. This meant draining the pool, cleaning & then refilling. I was not made aware until 4 days later when my check-in code was given. While the pool is out of the owner's control, it’s a shame that the HOA was not making greater strides in having this situation fixed in a timely manner. We were disappointed, as we had planned to have chill time around the pool during our stay. With only 1 garden hose attempting to refill the pool Friday thru Sunday, and then 1 additional hose added Monday, it was hardly even filled upon my checkout Tuesday (over a week later). Clearly the HOA of this property is not well maintained. Lots of unhappy guests grumbling about pool not being available, & I really felt bad for the guests of small kids. PARKING: The garage is very small, so if you drive a large vehicle (which one of ours was), don’t expect to park in the garage. However, there always seemed to be ample parking on the street that was available. Just not as convenient to unload or when it was raining during our stay. Again, not the owner's fault, just advising for those that drive large vehicles. Overall, a nice stay! :)
