Land's End - 2BR Condo | 1145 Sq. Ft | Lake View - Includes Boat Slip | Sleeps 6

It’s the ground floor so you look at roof tops of the marina - also you cannot use the grill which was not mentioned on my rental even though I asked about the grill- could not get the tv to work

I got no answers from host!! There was vomit on floor, sheets were dirty with crumbs and a live bug inside bed, 7 burned out light bulbs in hall, baths, & bedrooms, clock & thermostat batteries dead, garbage disposal, ice maker, ref water didn’t work, deck screen was grey taped on door, grill was unusable. Sign says grilling banned but Lands End verified that is not true for this building. Grill broken. I emailed, texted, & called host every day but no help.

Great location, great property!

There were 4 adults that stayed in this condo and the description and pictures do not meet what you are paying for. Upon arrival, walking in, there is a stale odor like it had been previously smoked in. Of course, we love to hang out on the deck/lanai but we were met with cobwebs, grass clippings and a ripped screen door allowing for bugs to enter. We couldn't sit in the chairs without clearing webs and grass clippings (this condo is on ground level). Chairs inside the condo are fabric and are stain-filled leaving us cautious of where/when we wanted to sit and use them. In the description it states COFFEE POT so we did the necessary shopping only to have to go and purchase our own coffee maker because the KEURIG had stained and moldy water IN IT. We stayed 6 nights and had ONE hand towel in our bathroom. No option to change that out along with bath towels that were flat and had bleach stains on them. The guest bathroom had bulbs that were burnt out, hair in the drawers and a very dirty toilet seat. Clock in the living room did not work at all. AC in the closet leaked all over the floor and you could tell it's been doing that for a while (my husband works in HVAC). There was also mold in the washer upon doing a load of towels at Hosts' request per their rules. I did make my concerns known upon arrival and the Host never messaged me or tried to make it right so here I am making others aware. This condo was a BUMMER to say the least!

We enjoyed our stay at Lands end, Kelli was very fast to respond to any questions and we loved having the boat slip!

Grwat place , noce outdoor area great close pool. Minor missing kitchen items which were taken care of quickly! Will stay again!

We have stayed at lands end now for multiple summers and stayed at various condos at this resort. We havent stayed on the first level yet or in a 2 bedroom (usually 3 bed, but our family is growing and we had to get 2 condos this year). The condo itself was great! We had our twins with us and 2 pack n plays fit in the master closet so they could have a complete dark space to nap and sleep. Wish there would’ve been an outlet in there but we made it work. The outlets were a little funky and the top one in quite a few them weren’t functional in that the plug in wouldn’t stay in the socket. No big deal. The screened in porch was amazing and where we spent most our time. The view was still good being on the first level. Kitchen was properly equipped for us to cook meals in which was great! My only few negatives would be 1) the slip location. Pretty rough being right on the end and the cleat on our boat actually broke. 2) nowhere to put our food/ lack of storage. We used the desk that was in the dining room as a place to put all of our food, but it was crowded and not ideal. Overall great condo, easy access to pool was great too! Would recommend.

We had a great stay here. Very clean and the view was great! The owner was very responsive and so nice/accommodating. 10/10 recommend.

Condo was very clean. Communication with owner was quick and helpful. Owner explained before we went they were doing small upgrades which was helpful and shows they are always improving for the customers. Will definitely stay here again
