Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home! My family had such a lovely getaway, and we were truly captivated by the spectacular views. If you are looking for a rental - the house felt warm, cozy, and inviting. While it’s a long walk from the parking lot to the residence, every step was definitely worth it. If you ever have the chance to stay here, I really encourage you to seize the opportunity! We’re already looking forward to coming back next year.

It was the best vacation home I've been to thus far. It had an awesome view of the lake and was less than 4 miles to the casinos and shops.

I stayed in Kingsbury for the Tahoe 200 and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The location was incredibly convenient—just minutes from key access points on the course—which made crew logistics and race transitions so much easier. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views that brought a sense of calm both before and after the race. The rental itself was cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything I needed to rest and recover. From comfortable beds to a fully equipped kitchen, it truly felt like a home away from home. It was also close to grocery stores and restaurants, which made last-minute needs and pre-race prep simple. The only drawback was the walk from the car to the rental when checking in and out—it wasn’t far, but when you’ve just run 200 miles, it feels far! That final stretch from the car to the door felt like its own ultra —but honestly, that’s such a minor thing in light of everything else this place offered.I’m grateful for this stay—it supported me physically and mentally in a huge way. Highly recommend to anyone racing Tahoe 200 or just looking for a quiet, restorative place to stay while exploring the area.

Great property with all the amenities you need. Owners have it set up to enjoy yourselves. We counted over 100 Bear figures/pictures/carvings etc in the house and had a game counting them. I read that people complained about the walk from the parking lot to the home. We I needed to walk off the good food we ate, so no problem for us at all. Only detractors. 1. Deck boards/nails need attending too around the Hot tub, easy to hurt yourself with exposed nails/loose boards. 2. Front door code was changed before checkout so, good job someone was still in the home as we were packing up. Property manager stated is was automated, so no reasonable answer would/can be given as you can link Checkout Time with automated Lock Change time.

We had a great time here. Property was clean, comfortable and we loved the hot tub and fireplace. Location had great views and close to slopes. We were there during a blizzard with 70 of new snow so chains were a must to get up the street to the parking area.

What a great place to stay in South Lake Tahoe. The only thing knocking this from a 5 star is that the hot water was an issue the whole time. We could only get sustainable hot showers in the downstairs bathroom, only. Once we figured this out, this place was great. The pictures don't do the true views of Lake Tahoe and the Nevada valley justice. They are excellent views and the hot tub has a great view of the lake too. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well set up. We had a ton of snow on our trip, so be aware of the really long walk on the deck to get to the place and know you may have to shovel yourself out. But that's a Tahoe issue for everyone in the winter. The management company is great. As I said, this is a 5 star place if the hot water issue wasn't too strange.

Wonderful view, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. House is more than 120 yards from the parking lot….it was not shoveled the entire time we stayed here. I called manager to clear the ice dam that was blocking front door, which they refused to do even after I calling to tell them I fell and broke my ankle. My husband ended up shoveling the walkway, three times. There is a terrible neighbor who yelled at us in the parking lot two days in a row. On our last day, he threatened to hit my husband with a ski pole. On top of the ice damn and no snow removal, the front deck was covered in dog poop. I asked the manager if they could clean it up, which they refused to do. We paid more than $10k for the time we rented this property, so hopefully you can understand our frustration. We will definitely NOT be back.
