Stayed May 25, 2025Location is perfect. Short walk to be on the beach. Views front and back are beautiful. Many delicious restaurants nearby. Very close to everything you may need, but not on the main road so its not congested. The neighborhood feels very safe.

Stayed May 15, 2022In 5 B: Couch smelled of body odor and urine. Went to bed and woke up wet an hour later, my side of the bed was soaked with urine. Put down a towel and tried to sleep on top of bed clothes. Could not sleep and texted Southern Vacation Resorts at 1:30am. Also noticed on wall near bathroom and laundry room what appeared to be water damage and maybe black mold. Spent the next day communicating with SVR with little luck. They were very slow to respond to a potential health hazard. Finally I insisted we could not sleep there another night and SVR said they would find us another unit. We packed up all of our stuff and moved to the unit upstairs. We booked a ground floor unit because our knees are old and abused, we also booked 5B because it had a king size bed. 5A has a lot of steps and mattress is a standard double and is lumpy and old. No toilet paper in 2nd bathroom (so one roll for 2 bathrooms) only 2 dinner forks and one kitchen towel for the week. No pot holders. SVR offered no apology or compensation for lost vacation day. We really like the location but will not book anything that is managed by Southern Vacation Resorts. I have used Southern Resorts multiple times so this was a surprise. I know I booked this through VRBO, but SVR was the local management. You need to know how they are treating your customers.

Stayed Mar 27, 2022Great pond views, and walk across the street to the beach. Comfortable bed, kitchen had everything I needed, convenient location. East parking, check in and laundry in rental.

Stayed Sep 29, 2021Fast response to inquiries with property management. Doors stick. Takes more than one attempt to open front door. Beautiful view to lake. Close to beach. Couch is very stained. Great stay otherwise. We love the area.
