Lakefront Miramar Condo 3 Br 2 Ba + Loft, Pool, Great View, WIFI

Everything was perfect. Very beautiful place at a reasonable rate. Also good communication.

Everything was nice, great getaway. Reading the reviews is what made me chose this place.

Clean, quiet, spacious & a fabulous deck

Great view of lake, central location for dining and shopping, close to amphitheater, and clean pool. Musty smelling unfinished laundry (towels) were left in both washer and dryer. Shortage of hand towels, and coffee mugs. These items aren’t deal breakers, but mentioned only for the host. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself was very nice. Mike the owner did reply back to me promptly with answers we had questions about. However I would not recommend this complex for renters unless you are family/friend of an owner. Our Kid got the evil eye when made a little splash going for the diving sticks and splashed somebody in the pool however another day it was okay for the one of the owner's kid's to play baseball & they were even encouraged to hit the ball right where we were at. Rules say umbrellas must be taken down when you leave the pool area first day we forgot to take ours down ,maybe because never done that before when staying places and a women was walking around taking down other umbrellas. Rules are rules so I understand it was our responsibility, a nice reminder would have been nice. Instead I Got an ALL CAPS text from the person we rented a boat slip from.tellings us to take umbrella down. Owner of the condo we were staying at sent me the rules again and reminded us to take the pool umbrella down. We felt very uncomfortable and like we were always being watched.

We’ve stayed here for the past few years on our annual trip to the Ozarks and absolutely love it!

However good it looks in the photos, it looks better in person! Spacious, clean, and impeccably decorated by someone with an excellent vision for a lake residence. We’ll be back.

Condo is well appointed and had plenty of room for our golf outing of four. Awesome deck and the kitchen and grill had everything needed. Upper floor corner unit was quiet and convenient. Really enjoyed our stay and the owner was a delight and very timely in responding.

Our 3rd time renting this particular condo and it's always a great stay. The condo has plenty of room, is very clean and well-maintained, the location was perfect for enjoying the lake, fishing, and close enough to shopping in case you forgot anything. The owner is very responsive and helpful as well.

The location was nice and quiet. The condo was beautiful but we did run into several issues.I received zero information on the code to get in. I had to call more than 3 times before the information was put on the website. The beds were so hard we slept on the couch and recliner and the shower had hair on the floor of it.

If you are looking for the perfect place to enjoy the Lake look no further! Plenty of space for family and friends to enjoy! Very nicely decorated and well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds! Felt like home! Thank you for sharing your special piece of paradise with us!!

Fantastic property for us. Best view of main channel and viewing boat traffic from screened porch. My wife is retired RN and actually cleaned / wiped out the cupboards and a few other areas....could not imagine a better place for us to stay....quality is superior and price is right too... look forward to next visit..and will be here.

We loved the location, the beautiful water views and the pool. The place needs some TLC and for having to pay a $180 cleaning fee, the place was not clean! When we arrived, we had to empty the dishwasher. Both of the bathroom exhaust fans were so caked with dust that I don’t think any air could get through either of them. Wondering if that is why there are so many candles in each of the bathrooms. The flooring in the main areas and master bedroom were very nice, but there was shag like carpeting in the other bedrooms. Didn’t look or feel clean. The master bathroom shower door frame is not connected to the glass and there were exposed screws. In the master bathroom we went to wipe up some hair product off of the floor and the paper towel was filthy. The bathroom shower curtain had rust stains all over it. I just feel for $180 cleaning fee the place should be clean. The WiFi isn’t the greatest, very slow. And the TVs that just have cable on them, not smart TVs, it’s only two or three channels. I don’t think we would stay here again.

Tons of space! The loft was great for kids. Had all the basic necessities.

We have stayed in this condo for the past 4 years! It’s the perfect location for us and has everything we need for our annual family weekend!

Was exactly what we were looking for and location was perfect on the water and also perfect for going to a concert at the Ozark Amphitheater!! Highly recommend!! Great communication with owner!
