Originally designed as a builder’s model home, the residence showcases thoughtful finishes including plantation shutters, elegant furnishings, and a refined coastal feel.



The spacious primary suite features a king bed and a large en-suite bathroom, offering a private retreat to unwind. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, ideal for guests, while the flexible den provides an additional living space—perfect for reading, relaxing, or accommodating visitors as well as having a desk and multiple monitors -perfect for remote work!



At the heart of the home, the fully equipped kitchen with a large island flows seamlessly into the main living area, making it ideal for both entertaining and everyday living. It is very well equipped with multiple coffee and espresso makers, an air fryer, crock pot, Ninja blender, steamer and more!



Step outside to your private western-facing lanai, where peaceful lake views and glowing Naples sunsets set the tone for your stay. With a sofa, teak arm chairs, café dining set with an electric grill, and a swivel chair, this outdoor space is designed for both relaxation and connection.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. The community has 30 day minimum number of days per lease



Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have. Items required for approval include background of drivers license.



This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. 30 days minimum for each lease by association rules, no exceptions!
