This 2 bedroom, 2 bath property is perfect for a Summer or Winter vacation or weekly getaway. Please note that there was a third bedroom (I converted the walk-in closet) - it was very small, basically only used as a place to sleep, and accessed bygoing thru the Master Bedroom - it was good place to put the kids.
This is the newest and most luxurious waterfront location on the lake. Hardwood floors, custom quality wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, ultra-modern baths, ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and baths, Gas fireplace with granite surround, washer/dryer, spacious closets, energy efficient heat pump for heating and cooling and automated sprinkler fire protection system, are just some of the many features you will notice.
Property includes membership access to The BOULDER LAKE CLUB membership . The Boulder Lake Club is a private members only club that offers a variety of recreational activities including tennis, volleyball, cornhole, ladderball, bocce ball and ping pong. They have a heated pool for guests and they offer Canoes, Kayaks, Pedal Boats, Rowing or Electric Motor Boats, Paddle Boards, a Sail Boat and a Pontoon Boat. Please note, this is a members only club, and ONLY guests of homeowner members can use, however, they do charge guests for use of the facilities. Guests must still pay for either daily, weekly or whatever guest pass they choose.
I will continue to provide a clean, immaculate and comfortable place for every family that chooses to stay at our home. I want you and your family to feel like this is your home away from home. We want to provide all the amenities that you would expect at a fine resort. I provide hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, napkins and toiletries. I have games, toys and bikes available for use during your stay. (Bikes are located in storage room, in basement on rear side of building, key is on shelf). There are 2 small grills located in storage room off the bedroom patio. I also provide brochures for local activities and dining. If you request, I will email you directions to dining, supermarkets and activities prior to your arrival. I want you to enjoy your stay and I want you to come back, so just call me if you need anything.
Lake view room has gas fireplace with granite surround and is furnished with a Leather Couch, Sofa and Recliner. The layout is fully opened, the dining area is in the lakeview room and has a Kitchen table which seats 6, the granite kitchen counter seats 4 and a stand-alone bar seats 2. The 51' Samsung HDTV Flat screen TV is located above the fireplace. Master bedroom and second bedroom also have 51' Samsung HDTV Flat screen TVs, the third bedroom is a very small bedroom with a queen bed. We provide DVD and CD player. DON'T FORGET YOUR IPOD OR IPHONE! We provide an IPOD-IPHONE docking station to play your personal music collection.
Enjoy the private beach located steps out the front door or take a stroll along the red pebbled path to the Lake Mountain Beach Club or Boulder View Tavern. Boulder View Tavern has a TIKI bar located on the sand and a you can dine right next to the beach. They usually have a live band on weekends and holidays. Let the kids play on the beach, as you relax and enjoy the music while sipping your favorite cocktail. You’ll feel like you’re in the Caribbean, when you kick back at the Tiki-Bar, sipping on your frozen cocktail or ice-cold beer, as you sing-along with the band as they play your favorite tune. There is also a TIKI bar located on the beach of Split Rock lodge which is a short bike ride or walk away.
This is a great location with practically any activity you can think of, and many, many restaurants. Enjoy your night at Boulder View or within 2 blocks there are several restaurants, including Louis Prime, Shenanigans night club, Nicks on the lake or the Belago at Split Rock Lodge. Test your luck at Mount Airy lodge Casino or Mohegan Sun Casino at Pocono Downs. Take the kids to H2OOOO indoor year round water park located a couple miles away or drop the kids off at CamelBeach outdoor waterpark while you go shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlet Stores in Tannersville. There are too many things to list them all.

Sleeps 6. Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed. Other bedroom has a Queen bed there is also 1 air mattress. The spare room, is a very small bedroom but has a queen bed but no other furniture.
