Maximum Occupancy: Gatherings and events that exceed the home’s maximum occupancy are strictly prohibited. Please note that 2 additional children under the age of 18 can stay in the home and this does not count toward the 6 person occupancy per the Douglas County Ordinances to operate a Short Term Rental.

Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.

One vehicle must be parked in Designated Parking Spot #5 by the unit.

One vehicle must be parked in the Designated Garage Spot #5.

Parking Placards: Renters will be issued parking placards that must be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard for all vehicles, including guests.

All vehicles must park only in designated parking areas.

Failure to park in designated areas and/or display placards may result in a $500 citation and fine.



Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

    Beautiful views! Property has lots of space. The kitchen cabinets and dishes could use a real thorough cleaning. The cabinet fronts were spotty and sticky. Nothing gross, just oversight. Some of the dishes were sticky right out of the cabinet. The dryer does not dry clothes well at all. This home is great if you have multiple people, with three beds and three and a half bathrooms, there is room for all. And the views of Lake Tahoe are wonderful. We enjoyed our stay!!!

    Beautiful location with mediocre amenities. Parking was the biggest challenge, with 6 people we had 2 cars - only one was allowed to park on property. Directions were provided to a paid parking garage, this robbed more than an hour out of each day to pick up and drop off the second vehicle. Not the end of the world except that the parking lot adjacent to the unit was mostly empty. Our plans changed one day after picking up the second car and sometime that afternoon we had a nastygram on the windshield directing us to call a non-functioning phone number.Furniture was not really comfortable for 6 adults. Bedding was too small for the mattresses, several in our group woke up mummified in the sheets. I think this unit has beautiful wood floors, hard to tell under the area rugs, the one under the dining table was a trip hazard. The patio furniture was comfortable for only about 15 minutes. The kitchen was not well equipped and one of the non-stick pans was not food safe.Our final night there was interrupted by the smoke alarm sounding at 3:00am - like the battery was needing replacement.This was a beautiful location but with a bunch of shortcomings.

    Property was great and location was awesome! Few things that need attention for the property:1) Rug upstairs over the hardwood was not attached and is a tripping hazard. A few people almost tripped and my wife actually fell. 2) pots and pans are way too old with scratches dirty and looked rusty. We had to use our own pans those need to be addressed for a property like that. Bbq cleaner and bbq need to be addressed very old. The bbq scrapper is almost unusable. Besides that property was great!

    It’s hard to match the lakefront experience of condos like this in Pinewild. The bathrooms are all updated and nicely appointed. Having AC in Tahoe is a huge plus. The beds were all comfortable. Parking was great and convenient.

    Overall this was a great unit with amazing view Of the lake. Wish I would have had Access to fireplace and room wasn’t as clean as I would had hoped for but overall experience was amazing Spacious and great set up

    The house was clean and the location right on the lake. Both the upper and lower decks had great views. The landscaping outside is well maintained as well. We loved watching the dark skies filled with stars at night. Living room was larger than it looked in pictures and so was the kitchen. Has all basic necessities in the pantry. Downstairs bedroom with deck is large and has lots of games.
